Try to describe,and not use the word statuesque

I LOVED this movie.We were at best buy,I saw it,and bought it on this simple premise-Patrick Swayze in drag.And it looked like a good movie. So I went home,popped it in,and literally laughed out loud.There's something in this drag queen movies,that makes it almost not offensive.I was afraid it would be bad,(We're Christian)but honestly,I wasn;t offended.

The movie was so good,so sweet,so down right hysterical at times,I almost forgot Patrick swayze was a man.He could have easily blended into our church.

The film starts out With PS and WS getting ready.That scene in itself is hysterical,because we see these rugged,masculine men-Putting on heels and stockings and makeup.WS,at one point,kicks his legs and squeals with delight.

They go to the Drag queen of the year award,WS and PS tie,and ge to go to Hollywood.But when the little"Latin boy in drag is crying"they decide to string him along,and they get stuck in podunk town.

There's a Cameo from Robin Williams thats excellent,And the townswomen are so sweet.and Noxeema(snipes)Befriends a little 4'9,80 pound elderly women.

Cant get any beter than that

It just isn' Christmas in our house until we watch this movie.

It's just to funny for words. From Randy refusing to eat("Mommy's Little Piggy") To being shoved down a chute with the evil HO HO HO ringing in your ears

I've watched this movie a katrillion times and it still makes me laugh. It has stuff we can all relate too,if your 2 or 92.

Basicaly it's Ralphies quest for a red rider BB gun.But,much to his chagrin,he'll"Shhot his eye out".It goes from looking in the store window,to class bullies,to licking a cold streetlamp,to your mom putting layers and layers of clothes on you,to the point of putting arms down,to swearing in front of the old man.

This movie is so sweet,very very cute,hystericaly funny and a family tradiiton If you haven't seen it,you have to KNOW.Heck it plays fro 24 hours on Christmas Eve. You wont be sorry

VeggieTales: Lyle, the Kindly Viking (2001 Video)

This is a great veggietale.The viking wife song is just the tip of the iceberg.The utter silliness,yet classiness(what other show can incorporate gilbert and sullivan and Shakespeare with out dumbing it down or seeming stupid)Omlet is hysterically funny AND accurate.My mother teaches English in high school so she knows lol.The silly song,while different,is addicting and very very cute,I never knew it was parodying Forrest gump.Now while I'm sentimental for qwerty and the bible verse,this was still good.It had good Christian values,but was not stuffy or boring, much like all the veggietales(Sat morning fun)like every veggietales. The one moment that keeps popping into my mind is Archie sitting in his armchair with a faux fire and his leather robe.

This is one of the best veggietales,musical,veggietales,a fun loving,classic or just plain kid at heart movie anyone can and should watch

Young Frankenstein (1974)

This is such a great flick.It is so smart and sophisticated,yet has gags like walk this way,and "Damn your eyes!""too late"

This is one of Mel brooks' finest videos(We were given two excellent films Blazing saddles AND This)

Essentialy The grandson of Dr Frankenstein receives his grandfathers castle and has to go to Transylvania to See it(Pardon me boy.Is this the Transylvania station.Yah yah track twenty nine,you want a shine lol) When he arrives He is awoken by the curvaceous Inga as he is having A bad dream.And a beautiful haunting melody leads him to his grandfathers lab. And mayhem and creation ensue.

This movie is so great on many levels and gets better with each viewing.I watched this movie 6 nights in a row and loved it. Oh and to those who say the new generation doesn't have taste in movies,you're looking at a thirteen year old who adores old school Mel brooks. Even the most hardcore Horror fans will get a kick out of this movie.This is in my Frankengroovy collection(along with rocky horror picture show) the one thing i wish they hadn't done was use Jesus' name in vain. But even that is used in a funny context. You will laugh your butt off at Marty feldman,snicker at Frau Blucher(Neighh)and have your heartstrings tugged by peter boyle. If you haven't seen this movie you must.It is such a great film that won't be easily forgotten. Even now I can't see the name Igor without pronouncing it EYE-gor. so i give this 40 out of ten stars. it is that good.

Airplane! (1980)

So silly its funny

Now in no means is it like monty python,but it has that so silly its smart.This movie has a thin thread of plot,but so jammed with laughs that you may not grasp till 5 minutes later and keep you laughing throughout the movie.Robert Hayes and Julie hagerty are so perfect in their roles and the scenes with peter graves are classic.This is in my top ten movie slist,right by holy grail and young frankenstein. You will either love it or hate it(if you don't like silly,unsophisticated humor,you wont like it.)I love it personally. So if you're ever stumped when renting a movie,try airplane.you might just gain a new favorite(personally mine was developed by a two for ten sale at walmart)

This is a great movie.and lots of people like it.From southern baptist teens(right here)to 80 year old men ,MPTHG is beloved. if you don't like monty python then you probably wont like this movie. It is so goofy and silly,but smart all at the same time.It is widely quoted and so much fun to quote everywhere.The ending,i know some don't like,reminds me of the end of blazing saddles.I like it.Graham chapman is gold here at his role as king arthur and the fact that he was trying to conquer his alcholism makes it all the better.This movie has stuff you wont notice till you watch it again. If you haven't seen it you simply need too.it is an excellent comedy and zaniest at its best.

This is one of my most favorite shows.It's so silly,it's smart.I mean not everyone can get away with sketches that include fresh fruit defense,men in drag,and mattress clerks who don't have their math together. i personally love this show(the humor plus a deep crush on a few python men(cough eric cough mike cough terry) have fueled it:) But some don't like it.they think its stupid or silly etc etc. Well to them I say Fie. you will love this series.The absurdness plus terry gilliams nightmarishly goofy animations make for an excellent TV show. YOU MUST WATCH

This is one of my favorite movies.Right up there with princess bride.The sheer romance is the key things.The glorious costumes and the awesome songs.this song takes some songs and puts it in a perspective,you'll never fathom,ever.this movie will make you want to get up and marry a poet.I love this movie passionately and the quotes are sheer brilliance.Ewan Mcgregor sings beautifully in this and John Leguizimo(?) and the bohemians provide comic relief during some of the dramatic times.this movie is not for everyone.but i love it:)If for nothing else go see this movie for the like a virgin scene.You'll never think of that song the same way.....
