Okay so it might not be the best piece of cinema you will see but this movie is just plain simple fun. And I, for one, im here for it. Was entertained the whole movie. The soundtrack is amazing, fight secuences are pretty good, good comedic timing. A charismatic cast really pull this whole idea off. Could be sort of weak plot but considering how iconic every frame of this movie looks, it honestly doesnt ruin the experience.

Most fun Ive had watching a movie in a long time.

Started watching thinking i wasnt gonna enjoy it, being a young person myself who was just being born when it came out. Give it a go!

I honestly dont undestand all the bad reviews on this one, definetely overhated.

It does have some cringy lines and weak dialogue but its overall a more than decent musical. Theres no song in partiuclar that drove me crazy but the choreography, script and production are good.

It is an almost sung-through musical, so keep that in mind in case you expected some scattered songs throught.

Regarding veracity, i have no idea tbh. I couldnt care less about the royal family of the UK so it might have not been 100% historically accurate and i probably woulndt have noticed. For my basic knowledge, it covered it all but i couldnt testify to it being perfect in that area.

Overall an entertaining musical that doesnt particularly bring anything new to the table but its more than an acceptable addition.

If you are not a fan of musicals, this wont be the one that makes you like them, so maybe just skip it.

If you usually enjoy musicals, give it a chance!!

Superstore: California Part 2 (2020) Season 6, Episode 2

Great episode, not for everyone

Yes, its sad but it is also real. Superstore managed to fuse comedy with some real backstory and character development. Def a bittersweet episode. Leaves you mad, sad but (even if i hate to admit it), it makes sense. Its a beautifully writtten episode that portrays real emotion.

SPOILERS: Jonah was leaving everything behind with no plan for the future just to go with Amy, and Amy felt like she was pushing him into that decision. Its not that she doesnt love him, its that she doesnt want jonah to follow her blindy. She feels the pressure to make it work cause jonah would have nothing else left but her in California. I know where she is coming from. But Jonah, of course, feels bad when she tells him she doesnt know if she wants to marry him. So he decides to walk away until she is sure enough, knowing that might never happen. This is storytelling and "feeling-telling" at its finest.

The respect they both have for each ther. The smile at the end. She saying that she will miss him but that going alone doesnt feel completely wrong. It might cut too deeep for a sitcom but i did enjoy this epsode and how it was written and their emotions portrayed even if i was deeply rooting for them.

With that ending, i wouldnt be surprised to lenr their story isnt over...

Prostitution as realnas it gets

Finally a show that portrays prostitution like it is and that has an abolishing point of view. I was tired of the US view that prostitution is just another line of work and that it empowers women. Thanks for this radical show! Great actors and actresses, great plot and really drawing. Cant wait for more! Way to go netflux

Makes you value life

Good movie, great actors and actresses. Give it a chance. The movie is real and sad but not excessively dramatic. No hollywood sugarcoat, it is how it is. Beautiful story I wanted to call my loved ones after watching. Definetely woth a watch. If you are an easy cryer, this is a tearjerker for sure.

Super entertaining!

It won win any Oscars but it's a good movie. A musical, if you will so if you are not into them, you probably won't enjoy. Rachel McAdams is as charming as ever and Feller is great too. The story was somehow predictable but still entertaining. You have fun while you watch the movie. And it also touches some more important topics without getting too serious. Overall a good film. I enjoyed it throughout

Mamma Mia! (2008)

A funny, feel-good movie. Great adaptation

Of course it won't win any oscars. I agree that some of the actors' singing voices aren't the best. But for musical lovers, this is one of the best adaptations from a play ever made. It is loyal to the play and keeps the esence. If you don't like musicals, you won't like it probably but it's a great film overral. Yes, the plot isn't the most complicated thing ever, but that is what the play is about, hate the play in that case. But don't feel superior for it because you would be hating on one of the most iconic, highest-grossing, ninth longest-running broadway musicals of all time. And whether you like it or not, it has become a cult film among young generations. So much hate!!! Just relax, have a good time, grab a glass of wine and DANCE IT OUT!

Brave (2012)

A great movie. Extremely underrated

This agreat story, just not the typical disney story. It has no love in, at least not romantic love and people cannot seem to like a movie without it. Yes, the plot can be basic and predictable but as like every other animated film. Its an amazing movie that touches lots of topics and that was a big eye opener for my young me about family and the role of women. The anima5ion and visual of it is AMAZING. Give it a chance. But dont expect a tangled-like kind of love story because you are not getting that. In my opinion you are getting something much more interesting. You will not regret it

Worst Star Wars Movie

I'm not one of the sequel haters just because they are new but this movies is really bad. If you are a casual watcher, you'll be fine but if you are a fan you'll realize this movie goes against everything the characters were in previous movies. It has its moments (especially between Luke and Leia) but overall it destroys character development of main characters. Believe me, you can't be a fan and still like the path this movie decided to follow...
