FAMILY MOVIE. Please read my entire comment: Yes, this isn't serious theater, which is fairly obvious given it's overall low rating. But it's something fun to watch with the kids. It's actually very well acted (Alan Cumming, less so Jamie Kennedy), the effects are fairly cool, and overall, the plot and gags are fun. The special effects are awesome. Mom and dad both can watch this along with the little and big kids. Everyone will be entertained. A few drinks won't hurt (mom and dad only, please). Even the dog will like it, especially given the doggie sound effects and doggie funnies. The movie is definitely worth a watch. It is lighthearted and doesn't take itself too seriously, unlike many of the people who voted on this film.
