Cobalt Blue (II) (2022)

cinematic masterpiece

Truly as good as 'call me by your name' if not better. The shots are really what made me give it 10/10 as well as of course the story line, acting ect. I was just absolutely blown away by how beautifully shot this film was.

Every shot was thought out so so well. The whole colour palette was just phenomenal. I love the kind of twist of how the visitor was also with the sister. Just made that intertwined love of 3.

It wasn't just a love story but a realistic love story of gay men in India where it is completely frowned upon to be gay while also showing the traditional life of getting married over ambitions ect

Truly amazing.

Young Royals (2021–2024)

Left me speechless 😍

Young royals is just absolutely beautiful and left me with all the feels at the end. I hope they do a season two but I don't want to ruin it, but I'm sure they won't. This was a beautiful show and there connection was the best and made me feel so happy. It's so sad it didn't work out with there relationship as I wanted everyone to know that they love each other. Made me cry, made me laugh and made me want a boyfriend, ASAP.

Good on Paper (2021)

What an utter mess

When reading the story line I had my hopes high but...

I just thought it was going to be a happy start then everything turns dark type of film. It was similar to that but not executed well at ALL. The acting was over done and the script was super weak and jokes were not funny which is ironic because the main character was a stand up comedian. The ending could have been more iconic in the sense she gets what she wants (she did) but it just rushed to the end like they were super lazy

The boyfriend/villain was not good and was super annoying.

The only thing I will give this film is the story line as it sounded really captivating but it was executed completely wrong 😑 Weak, weak, weak.

Thunder Force (2021)

The worst movie I've ever watched

I didn't even finish it, I gave it 30 mins as was waiting for Octavia spencer to show up. It was not funny one bit and it was cringe and just compete over acting. The story line was a bit ridiculous and could have been executed way better. I would not recommend this film to my worst enemy 🙃

Parasite (2019)

MY BEST WAY TO START 2021

I will admit I'm a bit late but it really was a happy new year after watching this MASTERPIECE!! Straight away I had a inclination that this film would be amazing from the cinematography right from the beginning. The story line was just so captivating and I've never seen it done before. I HATE starting new things or watching new films but I'm so glad I did with this! No wonder it took the OSCARS by storm

A GREAT ZOMBIE FILM

This film was amazing. After just watching Train to Busan 2 which was very disappointing considering how great Train to Busan 1 was. I basically lost hope for Korean Zombie Films. However, #Alive redeemed my feeling towards Korean Zombie Films.

It's started off as normal in normal everyday life, which I this is the best way to start a zombie film. Adds more suspense and story line. Bearing this in mind it jumped quickly into the film with complete catastrophe occurring outside Oh Joon -woo's (the main guy) apartment complex. Followed by news broadcasts speaking out on the complete mayhem in the world.

This film was super funny, scary and made you sit on the edge of your seat. (Well, at least I did) A girl (Kim Yoo-bin) saved him while he is trying to end his life. They make a connection and communicate from to each other from there buildings they live in.

Later on in the film they both get together and while running from zombies end up both getting saved by this nice ( or is he) man.

After feeding them and giving them water, his role runs sinister when you find out he just wants to feed them to his zombified wife!

If you have read all this and haven't seen it then I'm sorry because you have just ruined it, or did you? Go find out for yourself and WATCH it

This movie pissed me off so much. The relationship between the family was ratty and I wanted to personal be the tv controlling them. The ending really was the worst ending to any film. The effect where awful and I hate how the end looked like animation

This program is excellent.

I just want to say the cinematography is so beautiful and if you like makeup then the makeup looks are ICONIC! So original and let's be real everyone is talking about them because the make up in this program has blown up on social media

The Greatest Showman (2017)

Greatest showman really is the greatest show. I absolutely love this musical that has a lot of famous faces such as Zendaya, HughJackman, Zac Effron and many more. The concept of the film is to turn the circus into weird acts consisting of weird, different people such as a woman with facial hair and a dwarf. The towns people don't like this meaning the weird people can't show there faces, but they do!

The music is absolutely bloody amazing and super catchy. Learn the songs, watch the film and sing along. Dancing is great and well choreographed and the script is top notch. I love the romance between Phillip & Anne (Zendaya & Zac) but Anne hides it from her parents because she can't tell them because he is different (I think)

Abandoned Engineering is one to watch.

The program shows you were in the world the abandoned place is. What it was used for and back history. Some of them aren't as breathtaking to look at but then they tell us about them and that will shock you. I would definitely put this program on if you come across it as it is crazy how much is out there that well, we can't access

Friday Night Dinner (2011–2020)

Absolutely hilarious!

I love the concept of basically just one set of the house and the sons come over every Friday and something always interrupts them. All 5 of the characters are excellent. Jim is the weirdest person every but you get such a laugh out of him for the things he comes out with. I also love the mum dad and the two sons.

Best of animation !!

LDR is just so unexpected if you don't know what it's about. It's super clever and creative and makes you laugh a lot and actually put you on the edge of your seat in some of the different episodes. The ice age I'm the freezer was just so bloody amazing and was done to perfection ( well, the whole thing was.) I would definitely watch this if you want something completely different. One of the best things on Netflix in my opinion

Spirited Away (2001)

This I was a bit sceptical about as I thought it would be another boring fashion program that isn't done very well. It turned out to be very good and captivated me through out. I loved all the challenges the contestants had to face and the run ways they had to pull off. I'm super glad with the winner ( Minju Kim) as well, I wanted her to win from the start as she had the most potential and such incredible talent in the fashion industry. I'm a lover for fashion and EVERYTHING fashion and I definitely think if you are not now and want to be then NIF is the perfect place to start.

Black Lake (2016–2018)

Longed it out

Everyone was so relaxed with everything that was happening, which is weird as 2 of there friends died. I loved that they brought some LGBTQ into it as I didn't expect that. I found the story line was really longed out and it didn't need to be. I love the location and they are good actors all of them.

The Human Centipede (First Sequence) (2009)

This film of 3 is absolutely f'ed up but it is original as it has never been done before which is a good thing I guess.

The Night Clerk (2020)

Such a cute film

Tye Sheridan played the role of a young autistic night clerk ( Bart Bromley) at a hotel, super well. I loved that he was watching people in hotel rooms so he could learn how people are and now to act around them. He was just in the wrong place at the wrong time and if he didn't have the cameras in that one room with the murder then none of it would happened. I highly recommend this film which has a lovely ending even thought I wasn't sure if he had shot himself or he was just free and was walking around the mall. The waking around the mall was very dream like so I wasn't sure if he was in heaven (free from everything) or he was just walking around and free in general.

The mum played by Helen Hunt was very good as well!

Avatar (2009)

What a special film

This film is one of a kind as nothing has ever been done before. The SGI is absolutely phenomenal for 2009 and the story is amazing. I love how they go into coffin like cylinder and are connected to the machines to go to sleep to be woken up as an avatar in Pandora (the alternative world)

Jack the main character is a paraplegic but not in Pandora which I thought was a really good spin on things. The baddies make you want to kill them which always equals for a well played baddie, in my opinion anyways.

The scene when they attack the mother tree is super sad and the music to that scene is totally moving.

FUN FACT: It's one of the highest grossed films ever at over 2 billion US dollars

After 11 years they are releasing an Avatar 2 but still to be confirmed properly.

The Game Changers (2018)

Eye opening

I personally loved this documentary/film I was extremely flabbergasted with the out come of the 3/4 men who were tested for the effects of meat on there health, using there pee as data. I loved all the positive health effects of going on a plant based diet.

After watching this I went vegan for 2 weeks and it felt super different. The one thing I noticed was I was lighter/had more energy and felt overall amazing. I wish I gave it a longer chance but I'm sure I will try it again.

Would recommend this doc if you want to implement a healthy lifestyle and just feel good!

Celebrity Gogglebox (2019– )

This program is such a cleaver program. I love seeing how people react to other films and tv shows. I find most of the people funny and just really entertaining to watch. Would highly recommend if you have nothing else to watch and want a laugh

Venom (2018)

Good story and funny in parts

I found this film witty and kinda scary at the same time. It's not a horror obviously but Venom is quite creepy with his voice and look. I think the story line is very interesting as I love it when people suddenly get super powers and take revenge. The restaurant scene was super funny when he gets in the fish tank. I love when people make a massive scene. I didn't really like the girlfriend/wife she was slightly anoyying

I love this program but seriously they were on a break !!!

Every character is super funny and witty. Each episode is perfect and fits in so much in just 20 minutes per episode. I would say watch this but let's be real everyone and there mother have seen it. Of the 1% of the world's population who haven't seen it then I would definitely watch so you can see what all the fuss is about !
