Blue fades away

BLUE, awaited movie of the year is a failure. Despite multiple star cast, 100 crores budget, Kylie Minologue the film is total failure. Film lacks story & it doesn't entertain you except A.R. Rahman's music. The only thing I liked about this film is the superb music of A.R. Rahman & Lara dutta. Akshay Kumar is dull & boring with his monotonous acting. Sanjay Dutt looks very simple & hasn't done enough work (his tummy is clearly visible. that looks very bad). Katrina too is being spoilt with the role. The positive thing about the movie is music, some great underwater scene & glimpse of the underwater life. Else it is just waste of 2 hrs & Rs. 200.

Kaminey (2009)

Great Movie!!

Kaminey is a latest off track bollywood movie. Since its a off-track many may just don't like the way its presented to the audience. The film is about human nature and the way world treats people. If you are poor, if you are uneducated you are lost in this world of selfishness and power. You need to grow up in this world.

Saheed Kapoor in his double role has acted superb. His performance is adorable and I now like him much more than before. Its a bollywood movie with some sort of Hollywood taste. Its out off movie. A fast paced movie with lots of laughter & humor.

If you love gangster movie and deserve some new taste just watch this movie. A must for fans of Saheed Kapoor.

Kambakkht Ishq (2009)

Nothing Special - A Cheap Movie

Kambakkht Ishq is a very cheap comedy. Akshay Kumar once again fails to prove and bring new in himself. For me, this movie is nothing. Just bores you. Total waste of time and money. Very cheap comedy throughout the movie and the story says Kambakkht Ishq = SEX. I was expecting Akshay will prove himself. The only thing I found worth was Kareena Kapoor's body which director has focused very much. Anu Mallik's music is totally disappointing. Doesn't entertain you any moment. The film has no story, revolves around just one aspect sex and affairs. So, to take my word don't go for this movie. Instead sit in your home and hire some great DVDs and watch them. The film is not worth watching. Let god save Akshay...

Changeling (2008)

A woman's story of hope and courage

Changeling, a well directed movie and well told movie. It is based on true events of 1920. It depicts a story of bold woman Christine Collins and shows how she fought for justice and freedom. How she fought for her son and held hope until last moment. The film shows cruelness against child. The film captures the emotion of mother for her missing child. The film is superb and shows woman empowerment. Cinematography is perfect. It takes you to the time of 1920s. The power of government imposed upon one citizen is shown in the movie. Some of the scene of the movies are very intense and powerful. Justice done at the climax is great. Hats off to Clint Eastwood. Go for it...

New York (2009)

Beautifully made movie

New York was very much awaited movie from Yash Raj Films starring John Abraham, Neil Nitin Mukesh and Katrina Kaif. In one word this movie is superb & a must watch for everyone who loves bollywood. 3 hour movie doesn't bore you for a single moment. Friendship, Life tragedy and the power of time, ruthlessness are well depicted in the movie. College life, Love relationship and political influence on an individual is demonstrated in the movie. It shows ruthlessness of U.S.A. after 9/11. The film is beautifully made. Hands up for Kabir Khan and Aditya Chopra. John has done his best job yet and looking great. Katrina takes your heart away and Neil is sexy with his beard. A great movie! Go for it..

Luck by Chance (2009)

A view of a struggler in Bollywood

Luck by Chance, an effort by a débutante director, Zoya Khan is a fresh film. It will give you a glimpse to the bollywood and the experience of a upcoming artist. It doesn't bore you. It unfolds the story of friendship, love and hardship of the struggling artists. Music of the film is not as good as of their previous one - Rock on! The film gives you a bonus by showing several great faces in a single movie including Shahrukh Khan, Aamir Khan, Rani, Ranbir, Abhishek, John, Akshay, Vivek. Farhan Akhthar has done a good job so does the Konkona Sen Sharma. Hrithik Roshan doesn't look good with his appearance in the film. Its well directed by Zoya Akhtar. Akhtar family must have really worked hard on it and they are sure to get the fruits of it. Its a worth movie to watch. You'll love it for its new flavor.

Very Poor Comedy

Chandni Chowk to China has heavily disappointed all Akshay fans. In Nepal, it is banned for the cause it has mistakenly said 'Gautam Buddha was born in New Delhi'. The film is one of my worst movies and Nikhil Advani has heavily disappointed with this film. I was expecting a great movie as it was the first movie produced by Warner Bros, directed by Nikhil Advani (Kal Ho Naa Ho director) and Akshay Kumar (top notch actor with his martial art skills). But everything is spoilt in the film. The story is very poor and isn't articulated and takes you nowhere. It was very difficult for me to watch this movie for 2.5 hrs. Many people walked out in interval but I stayed to see what the worst Advani has for us. Akshay Kumar should choose his film wisely otherwise his career will soon be downhill. For me "Chandni Chowk to China" has set standard for the worst possible film and it will serve me a scale to measure other films. Thanks Nikhil for your good job.
