Den blomstertid nu kommer (2018)
A Crowdfunding Movie Done Well!
Characters are flawed as they should be. The suspense kept me on my place for all the movie. It's not perfect, bit it does a good job with it's limited budget.
Arcane: League of Legends (2021)
Arcane Shines
Despite some minor flaws, Arcane shines bright. Great show.
Even if you didn't play the game, there are no worries, everything is explained in the show.
Gekijô-ban Kimetsu no Yaiba Mugen Ressha-hen (2020)
Not a fan of Demon Slayer, but the movie was awesome nonetheless.
I went blind in this one. I knew the premise of Demon Slayer more or less, but never watched an episode or read any manga chapter for this serie.
The movie is simply a masterpiece.
Date Movie (2006)
That darn cat
Seeing the cat in the toilet scene, still cracked me up even after all this time. Watched it lately and God, I cryed of laughter when I saw again that cat.
Solace (2015)
The most misunderstood movie of all time.
In short, I think some people (in my view of course, and I might be wrong), misunderstood the movie. It's not about psychics or super natural phenomenons.
The movie is clearly (well not that clearly), about hypocrisy and staunchness. The main protagonist did to his daughter what the killer is doing to his victims. Unfortunately, the main protagonist (played masterfully by A. Hopkins), insists on not accepting it. In the end, he is forced to.
In my view it's an excellent misunderstood thriller. Don't get discouraged by the low star reviews. If thrillers are your thing, don't miss it.
Marriage Story (2019)
Who wrote the dialogue of this movie?
If shallowness would be a movie, this movie would be it. The dialogues are so terrible, that after 20 - 25 min. I found myself muting it all and just reading the subtitles. It didn't become better.
Army of the Dead (2021)
The worst!
Someone once told me to appreciate the credits of a movie. I did and soon I understood what he was trying to say. All this people's names showing up, all this people working together to make an entertaining pice of fiction.
After watching The Army of the Dead, I wondered why so many people wanted to loose my time and offend my intelligence. I guess will never know.
The Boys (2019)
Still Not Sure What They Were Trying To Do?
Is it a comedy, a revenge story, a superhero series, action, political, satire or just gore to appeal to tennangers who still didn't learn that the idea of heros being flawed or straight out evil is the same as supervillains?
I didn't get what this show was trying to do. Maybe that's on me and I missed the point.
