Minari (2020)

Inspirational to the core

There is so much we need to learn from others, this is the biggest teaching from this movie. We don't know what people went through and the power of the family to lean on.

Despite the evident axial issues presented in the film, there are universal values that can taught through this movie.

Sense and Sensibility (1995)

Justice to Jane Austen is served!

What a delightful movie! The cast, as you might have seen here , is flawless and every character is delivered from the heart.

The speed of the movie might be too slow for younger viewers, so watching at 1.5x could be a piece of advise but the story is beautifully told that I can only say that it gives the same feeling of the book.

Spanish Affair 2 (2015)

Easy-laugh feeling good movie

The plot is not really new: northern Spanish stereotypes vs southern Spanish people. The cast is spectacular, a famous stand-up comedian, a promising young actress and two legends of Spanish cinema.

Although it's mot really a 100% family approved movie, it has great moments and the photography is astonishing.

God Willing (2015)

A family comedy with the Italian touch

I've hatched this movie twice and it never ceases to amaze me. If you're looking for an alternative to humorless and not family-proof comedies this is an excellent option.

If you have been to Rome this will also give you a nostalgic feeling and if you love Italian humor this is a great alternative!

Soul (2020)

We are our souls

In plain materialistic world, this movie reminds us that we are both our bodies and souls and that we are here to find our vocation and in doing so to find meaning. This movie also calls to the higher dignity of the human person at all stages of life and that by serving others we fulfill our mission on earth and the after life.
