ER: Rampage (2001)
Rampage - lives up to its name
Wow. Everything about this episode is tense. From the moment Mark goes to the hospital leaving Elizabeth and the baby at home to the moment we find out
there is an active shooter and the casualty's are flying in to the ER.
The reveal that the shooter is the father that had his son taken away from him because of abuse was brilliant.
The reveals that slowly happen throughout the hour that the shooter is creeping in on hospital personal was amazing.
The psyche woman who gets ambushed and shot at her home asks "how did he know where I lived?"
Mark then realizing that Elizabeth and his new born baby are next - holy cow my jaw dropped.
Then the ending with Mark in the elevator with the shooter who is shot 5 times but still lives.
Electric paddles at a distance.....shock......shock......shock......END!
Wow - kudos to the writers on this one. The show continues to amaze.
ER: Exodus (1998)
Fantastic
Throughout ER history there have been the standout episodes and this one rates high.
The shock of the chemical spill which sends the ER in to panic mode. The scene with the
man caught under the building and then having Doug and Hathaway caught in the elevator
with a critical child who's oxygen is running out. Wow I was on the edge. Good job all around
and cinema level work.
Never Surrender: A Galaxy Quest Documentary (2019)
The Sound and the Doc.
I have no idea why people are complaining about the music being too loud? The only thing I would
say is that there's too much music. But that seems to be the style these days.
My sound system is tuned and it sounds fine.
Really well made documentary about a favorite film. Obviously made with love.
If you like or love Galaxy Quest you will really enjoy this doc. The moment with Alan Rickman
dying had me welling up in tears. A great loss.
Just enjoy it.
Hans Zimmer: Live in Prague (2017)
Magnificent
I saw this show in Boston. You will be viewing all these musicians at the top of there game. And this stage is like the UN. Musicians are from around the planet.Try to watch this on a good sound system - you will not be disappointed.
Hans Zimmer is our century's Beethoven.
Extraordinary.
