The Fundamentals of Caring (2016)
Peaces is the queen of giving birth
Peaches just popped that baby out like that. Nothing was going on, she took a stroll into the pit and all of a sudden she gave birth. All in the span of 15 minutes max. She really is the queen of giving birth.
I guess I'll show my wive this movie. See honey, it's not that hard.
Never Let Me Go (2010)
Okay
This was okay, pretty standard girl likes boy-movie (or the other way around), with a twist.
I probably wont remember this movie in a few months. But hey, Ive seen way worse.
The Girl on the Train (2016)
Okay movie
Pretty predictable, I knew 3 things before they happened (including who the obvious killer was), so that is dissappointing.
Other than that it was an okay movie, it's not a total waste of your time.
Tenet (2020)
Not great
All in all this wasn't that great. The storyline was too confusing at times, the main actor wasn't that convincing and it really didn't have to be this long.
It did like the Andrei Sator guy a lot, he was a great villian.
Contratiempo (2011)
Good movie
This is a good movie. It had me wondering who the bad guy was during the entire movie and made me believe several theories.
It's not the best movie ever, but it sure isn't a waste of time and very much worth the watch
Carrie (2013)
Not very good
Not very good.
It starts with the opening scene where Carrie is born and the umbilical cord just magically disappears when her mother (after not killing her) lifts her up to hold her against her chest.
After that a lot of headscratching scenes occur.
I've just read the book two weeks ago so it is still fresh in my memory, the movie is way different. Its mostly inspired by the book but that's it. Which is okay, I guess. But Margaret telling Carrie she loves her a couple of times during the movie was so out of character that it didn't even make sense.
The lack of background story ruined Billy for me too.
All in all, it's an okay watch on its own. Just dont read the book beforehand.
Eurovision Song Contest: The Story of Fire Saga (2020)
Pretty bad
I really like Will, but this movie just wasn't it for me. The jokes were predictable or plain dumb. The story couldn't interest me, even though I watched the Songfestival every year as a kid.
I found myself wanting to fastforward during the slowpaced scenes and waiting for it to be over so I could go back to reading a good book.
The Meg (2018)
What you expect
You get what you expect here. Nobody watches a shark movie thinking its going to be groundbreaking. Jaws did that already.
Its an okay watch but you can't really rate it higher than a couple of stars.
The Breakfast Club (1985)
Dull
Really dull. Nothing memorable happens. A waste of time.
And one of those dudes (can't even remember his name) started running around like crazy after smoking a joint? That made this movie even less believable.
