Watcher (2022)
Creepy 80s feeling
I saw the trailer in Shudder and thought it looked to be worth the watch and I was right.
It had a very creepy 80s feeling with creepy background music and very creepy guy who played the serial killer.
If you like a good 80s feeling kind of scary movie with creepy killer than this is definitely for you.
You won't regret it.
Just grab yourself a bowl of popcorn and get ready to be in for the thrill ride of your life.
The husband was very upsetting though to watch because he didn't believe a word of what his wife said about a man following her.
Other than that a really good movie.
So go ahead and see it for yourself.
Hachi: A Dog's Tale (2009)
Tear jerker
I bought this movie when it first came out in 2009 and I can say that I wasn't disappointed.
I watched it with my mom and we both had big lumps in our throats to the point of not being able to swallow.
The ending especially is so touching that you will need a box of Kleenex right next to you.
I have never seen a movie so sad as this one.
It is amazing how a dog can be so loyal to his owner.
Richard Gere was also great in his role as the guy who adopted this loyal pet into his home.
It is so sad when Hachi can sense that something is not quite right and he doesn't for the first time not want to follow his master to the station but then he had a change of feeling and decided to go.
Then you know find out why.
After the professor goes to work he drops dead of a heart attack.
Then this loyal dog waits every day for his owner to come out of the train station and he waits and waits until he grows old and dies.
The whole town are in tears watching this loyal pet.
Jonathan Livingston Seagull (1973)
Another 1970s movie.
This is one of the best 1970s family movie I've ever seen.
Beautiful cinematography.
Very touching about a seagull named Jonathan livingston who is trying to find his way in the world.
You must see this movie.
It will be worth every minute.
Firestarter (2022)
Horrible
I give 3 stars only for the little girl actress in this movie who did not a bad job as the Drew Barrymore character as Charlie, but the story line was not at all like the original.
Why would they make it so different is beyond me..I paid full price of 24:99 to rent it in itunes but not even worth 3:99.
Whatever you do don't waste your time and money on this movie.
Just plain and down right horrible and boring and like one reviewer said they almost fell a sleep well I did entirely.
Selling Isobel (2016)
Thought provoking
This movie is very hard to watch but it is a must see to bring you into reality and make you aware of the evil that is in our world today because it is in fact based on the true life events of a woman who lived through it to tell her story.
Charlie's Angels (1976)
One of the best 70s shows out there
This is one of my favorite tv shows from the 70s and the very first time I saw this I was almost 11 years old.
The three angels are absolutely beautiful in every sense of the word.
Jaclyn Smith was gorgeous and next to her Kate Jackson.
Seasons 1 2 3 were the good ones because after season 3 Kate Jackson left and was replaced by drabby Shelley Hack.
They sure don't make shows like this anymore.
Murder in the Woods (2017)
Gives you the feel of 90s slasher...
I won't say to much because I don't want to give anything away.
This movie was awesome and keeps you guessing right up to the end on who the killer may be.
All I can say is you are in for the shock of your life and will keep you chained to your seat.
The ending was a complete surprise for me.
If you like 80s or 90s feeling of slasher films then this is a must watch.
The Shining (1980)
Kubrick at his best
This is one of Stanley Kubricks best movie and I loved it.
Jack Nicholson was creepy as he went Insane trying to kill his wife and son during their stay over the winter months taking care of the Overlook hotel.
Shelley Duvall was wonderful in her roll as Wendy Torrence Jacks devoted and caring wife and little Danny Lloyd was one of the best child actors of 1980.
If you have never seen this movie then I advise you to watch it if you are a horror fan like me.
The Fog (2005)
How bad could this movie possibly get???
Avoid this movie at all costs
Not at all creepy like the 1980 classic.
With all the other reviews expressing their opinions on this horrible attempt at a classic I have nothing more to say.
Room 9 (2021)
What is this garbage???
I rented this movie because I am a horror fan and the trailer looked interesting.
The movie isnt as good as the trailer made it out to be.
This was complete garbage in my opinion and the only reason I forced myself to watch this is I had spent my money on it which I regreted Later.
I couldn't make any sense out of the story line and the camera work was terrible.
Whatever you do don't waste your time money or energy watching this horrible movie.
Enough said.
