The Super Mario Bros. Movie (2023)

My children loved it ! (7 and 9) I enjoyed it with one exception!

I enjoyed this movie along with my husband and kids.

There is some name calling and some intense scenes. My children understand cartoon violence and the difference. They know not to repeat mean name calling words.

I did however have a serious problem with the lumalee character. It's meant for laughs to older audiences I'm sure, but I don't think they should have put him in at all. It is extremely dark and had me on the fence of taking the kids. It talks about death in a comedic way in the dungeon and then again in the end it is very dark. It would've been perfect without that part. I wish more movies would be completely kid friendly.

A Tiger's Tail (2014)

Great kid movie!

We picked this movie looking for family friendly movies. My 9 year old daughter loved this movie. She found out there was a book and wants to read it! She is also excited for the tiger's tail 2 to come out!

Guard Dog (2015)

Great family night movie!

The only bad thing I have to say is it was sad and intense in the beginning for my six year old son. However, he loved the dog! I loved how God was translated into the dog. Wonderful movie! Great way of teaching the commandments in a way children can understand. Our whole family loved it, including my nine year old daughter. My son just was scared of the bullies and beginning.
