Loved it! Reminded me of Matthew McC in 'A Time to Kill'
14 May 2012
We just saw this movie on DVR from EPIX. Outstanding cast really delivered! Matthew McConaughey, Josh Lucas, Marisa Tomei, William H Macy, & all the cast made 'Lincoln Lawyer' a great legal suspense movie to watch. Ryan Phillipe was convincing as a rich player picking up a woman in a bar. We really liked Mick's relationship with Earl, his driver. And we loved his chemistry with his ex-wife attorney, Marisa Tomei. I remembered how terrific Matthew McConaughey was in 'A Time to Kill.' I still cry when I watch that emotional summation he made to the jury in one take. John Grisham even said the movie 'A Time to Kill' was better than his book, and the only movie better than it's book. I hope writers Michael Connelly (book) & John Romano (screenplay) were as pleased with 'The Lincoln Lawyer' movie as John Grisham was pleased with 'A Time to Kill.' I sure was.

The Jay Leno Show (2009–2010)
We're happy Jay is back
16 September 2009
Jay's show is a refreshing hour of entertainment. I've read some think it's too much like his Tonight show but we didn't expect Jay to change more than he has. None of the other late night shows are as good as Jay is. Keep up the great work, Jay and please let us hear more from and about the gal who sings each night with Kevin & The Band just as you go to commercial. She's so terrific but we, the TV audience, just get to hear & see a tiny bit of what she does. We'll keep watching and hope to see you feature her in at least 1 number each night! Please make her and the band a regular part of the broadcast, at least 4 minutes each show! They're better than any musical guests! We're so glad they stayed with your show!

The Smartest show on TV!
8 October 2001
Based on the first two episodes, "Law & Order: Criminal Intent" is now my favorite show! I know not many people could sleuth a crime like Vincent D'Onofrio's character can, but that's why I love him! What original observations by an investigator!

We learned in the first episode he's a forensic specialist and psychologist. In the second show we learned he was in the army, speaks fluent German, and knows art history. Nothing is over his head and nothing slips past him.

I was so amazed at the statements he made while interrogating the female accomplice on the premiere episode. I hope they never let Detective Robert Goren make a mistake in his assumptions!

I'm a fan of Sam Waterston and Jerry Orbach, and I'll still watch and enjoy "Law and Order"...but I'll tape "Criminal Intent" to watch it again. This show reminds us how to observe, think, and solve.

An Emmy next year for Mr. D'Onofrio please!
