The Legacy of Boggy Creek (2011)
ZERO STARS
This stupid, ridiculous, moronic piece of cr&p has got to be the worst movie EVER made. It begs the question, why are you paying actors to recreate eye witness Bigfoot encounters when you could have the actual witnesses recount their own experiences? Every single actor in this pathetic movie should NEVER be allowed to act in another movie ever again for the sake of the watching public. These actors were so bad it was comical, I felt as if I was watching a Wayan's movie in which the characters are purposefully acting badly, but hilariously enough the actors in this movie thought they were doing a good job. Yikes! The breaking point for me was when the teen girls were having a slumber party and making popcorn when the elusive creature made itself known, IN BROAD DAYLIGHT! This story was something out of a tacky horror movie from the 70's. If you value your IQ points, DO NOT WATCH THIS MOVIE! There is a reason why some movies are free on Prime and this movie couldn't sell any copies if they gave them away free in the mail along with samples of Tide. This is truly the worst movie on Amazon, I hated absolutely everything about it and can't believe I wasted 10 minutes of my life watching it!
Little People, Big World: Where's Amy? (2024)
Waste Of Time
This was the biggest disappointment in the series so far. To wait for a week for this episode to air, which is already so annoying, and then have ABSOLUTELY NOTHING happen in the episode, are you kidding me? This was the most boring episode, LPBW needs to realize that the audience couldn't care less about Amy, Matt, Chris, and stupid annoying Karyn. We want to see Zach, Tori, and their kids as that is the only interesting part of the show. If this keeps up, I will not watch LPBW anymore as it is getting so scripted and boring. I don't understand why we have to wait every week for this to air, like it's the early 2000's when that was the last decade people waited for shows to air. When we have streaming services like Prime Video, I want the full season immediately available to watch. Then, to wait all that time and this particular episode was so weak, we all knew that Amy was going to show up just in the nick of time and we know what will happen next week, there will be concerns about the DAAA event and then everything will come together at the end. Remind me to send the Roloff's a picture of me yawning. Again, if these episodes continue like this I won't watch this garbage anymore.
P. S. Do you think Karyn knows how hated she is? I hope so.
Untold Stories of the ER (2004)
I've Got 12cc's Of Bad Acting
This is the absolute worst show on television, honestly the actors are so bad they make me feel physically angry. These actors are so awful that it should be illegal to portray a re-enactment that badly. The stories of these doctors could be interesting, yet sadly I could not get past how ridiculous these actors were. I have a question to the producers and directors of this show, "what were you thinking?" Do they really think people speak like that in real life? I don't understand why every time a show hires Canadian actors, they are ALWAYS the WORST actors ever! I can't watch this show because of the absolute idiotic re-enactments. That's a shame too because it had potential to be a very interesting series.
My Big Fat Greek Wedding 3 (2023)
Stink Stank Stunk
I was looking forward to watching the third installment of the MBFGW franchise, as I had hoped that it would be more like the first and less like the second. I was very disappointed as this movie was so bad that it was pure torture to continue watching. The androgynous character was a bit funny and quirky at first and then the character became forced and way too over the top. The other characters were bland and the story just flatlined. The one thing that stands out in these three movies is that there is never really an arc to the storyline. For example, the storyline of the couple attempting to keep their relationship a secret, was never permitted to play out. One moment it was secret and forbidden, and the next scene, their love was excepted with absolutely no bridge from disapproval to approval? Also, the movie seemed to be largely relying on the sentimental nostalgia of the first movie. Which would be fine if that was in small doses and if it flowed properly with the plot of the entire film. However, that was not the case with this third installment, as the movie was struggling to shoulder a whole movie's worth of nostalgia in one poorly written film. Third, the introduction of the Mother's dementia felt overly forced and fell short of reaching the audience on an emotional level. This character development seemed more like the writers had added this to the story for that purpose, however, in the end they did not know how to adequately fit this subplot into the story. Lastly, John Corbett was so out of shape in this movie it was hard to look at him. I remember him when he was a 20 something in Northern Exposure and to see this stark contrast between his former self and now, was a hard pill to swallow. I know that we cannot be 20 and attractive forever, but wow this guy really let himself go, yikes. All in all, this movie was shockingly boring, the jokes fell flat, and it made absolutely no attempts to hold the audience's interest. I would recommend passing on this yawn fest.
Restaurant Stakeout (2012)
This Show is Painful to Watch
Restaurant Stakeout is so bad with the blustery restaurant mafia type dude and the subpar acting! The "bad" waiters seem like actors from community theater. I watched for 5 minutes and I was convinced that the waiter's lines were all scripted. In addition, it was so formulaic and predictable in every aspect of the show. I had hoped that after the first or second episodes that the show would find its way, however, I was sorely mistaken. This show was cast with tacky and predictable over actors. It was painful to watch as it was so scripted and the acting was subpar. I will grab a book to read before I ever watch this garbage again. Waste of time.
Terror in the Woods: Hunted by Bigfoot (2017)
Very Scary!
This story was great! The scariest part was the actual vocal recordings included in the episode, I felt that that the two friends recounting their cemetery Bigfoot sighting were be completely honest about what they had encountered. This story sent shivers up my spine, it is rare that you can go out looking for Bigfoot and find evidence that is believable. Maybe someday we can get indisputable proof of Bigfoot's existence, however, until that day comes, or if it ever comes, we will just have to be satisfied to hear the stories of the few fortunate people, if you can call them that, who get look eye to eye with this elusive creature. I hope I never have to, but I enjoy hearing other people's experiences.
Terror in the Woods: Did Something Attach Itself to My Soul?/I Think I Saw a Ghost (2019)
Grammar Takes A Hit
To everyone out there who does not know, the phrase, "I seen" is NOT correct. You have to use, "have" before you use the word, "seen" as in, " I have seen". When you say, "I seen" people will immediately discredit you and they will not take anything you say seriously. Unfortunately, Ben used, "I seen" 7 times and it made it very hard to believe his story as his grammar was so terrible. Apart from his lack of understanding of the English language, the other disappointing factor in this episode was the re-enactment. The film crew of this series goes way overboard with the ghost that Ben claims to HAVE SEEN, as they gave the ghost a mangled grey face and had him scream and snarl. This behavior was not a part of Ben's recounting of his experience and it was completely unnecessary. Again, to all of you who are unaware, "I seen" is NOT grammatically correct. You have to use the word, "HAVE" before you say, "SEEN" or you will sound ignorant and people will mock you if you use the term, "I seen". You have been warned.
Terror in the Woods: I Think It Came from Hell/The Ozark Bigfoot (2020)
A Real Texas Werewolf and a Big Fake in the Ozarks
The first story with the guys at Lake Texoma and the werewolf creature was awesome! This was super scary and I believed every bit of it.
However, the second story in the Ozarks was ridiculous as these Bigfoot hunters come upon a hunting lean-to that hunters make and immediately think it was made by Bigfoot. Really??? They undoubtedly know it was "made" by Bigfoot. Anyone who hunts or hikes, runs upon these lean-tos as hunters will lean large branches against trees for shelter. In addition, ask any Bigfoot hunter and they will tell you that if you go out hunting for him, you won't find him so easily. These guys get together and immediately find tracks and Bigfoot shelters! Come on! Also, the casting of the "Bigfoot" prints they found were perfect and they also "found" adolescent Bigfoot tracks! There are two options here for me, 1.) these guys are either the luckiest people in the world, or 2.) I think someone is fibbing. Which sounds more likely to you? I am not denying the existence of Bigfoot and I do believe that people have seen him, I just don't believe that these guys saw Bigfoot. And then to top it all off, they see him face to face at the end of the episode!
These guys go out to find the existence of Bigfoot and NO ONE THOUGHT TO BRING A CAMERA?!?!
Terror in the Woods: The Revolutionary Soldier/Creature in the Woods (2017)
More Non American Actors
This is so ridiculous, why does this show insist on hiring Canadian actors to play Americans? The actor who portrays Annie is horrendous, she has an accent that sounds Scottish. When you watch the show you can clearly hear that the real Annie is American and does not have an accent. I also hate how stupidly the actors play off of each other, like they are trying way too hard to look natural. However, these actors remind me of the Goose Bumps' actors and how much of an after school special those shows were. This is the exact same thing, these actors are so dorky that the re-enactments for all of these episodes feel like after school specials. The story was great and could have been re-enacted so much better had it not been for the terrible acting and the odd accent that kept coming from Annie. This story deserved better.
Terror in the Woods: Bigfoot Showdown/The Catacombs (2017)
Territorial Bigfoot
Rodney's account of his terrifying experience with a territorial Bigfoot was very scary. If I could ask one thing though it would be, why would someone still continue to camp when Bigfoot is trying to attack you? Lastly, the actors portraying his group were the worst part of this episode and they made it almost unbearable to watch. These Canadians portraying Americans really don't understand our culture, at the beginning of the reenactment one of the actors looked back at his friends and said, "can you tell that it is our first time proper camping?" Really? I don't know of any American camper or hunter, from Kentucky, that would use that kind of vernacular. These Canadian actors were such dorks, at about the mid point before the Bigfoot attack, the group of friends were drinking around their campfire. At this point another one of the Canadian actors looks at his group and says, "a little Hemingway nectar?" Are you kidding me, who talks like that?! That was so stupid and it made me feel like if I heard someone talking like that I wouldn't blame Bigfoot for throwing at rock at them, the actors, not the real people. This is an issue with EVERY episode of, "These Woods Are Haunted". Most of the stories are great, however, the Canadians are such goobers that it is hard to watch them act, it is so embarrassing.
Terror in the Woods: Haunted Cabin (2017)
Very Scary!
This was a great story as Bill seemed very genuine about his experience. I totally believe that he and his wife Charisse had a once in a lifetime encounter that could not not be explained, only by a couple of possibilities, one of which is far too frightening to admit. The only thing I did not like about this story was the reenactment, the people who film these shows are so ridiculous and they have never done a reenactment that I thought was decent. The stupid female ghost that kept appearing, even though Bill never said he saw a woman in a white gown, was the worst part. That green woman was so stupid it made me angry as it was completely unnecessary. That is something that only scares millennials. Adults, however, are not frightened by little girl ghosts. To the film crew of, "These Woods Are Haunted" stop embellishing people's stories. Your re-enactments are so awful and you have NEVER matched the people right.
Supernatural Nazis: Hitler's Zombie Army (2017)
Nothing About Zombies
The title was the only interesting part of this 90 minute yawn fest. There was positivity no mention of anything relating to werewolves nor vampires and it was more akin to a look at the true story behind what inspired Indiana Jones. Don't let that intrigue you though, this was basically just about Hitler's interest in the occult and his ridiculous study of the powers from supernatural forces. I would much rather have watched paint dry, the basic plot is highly intriguing, however, the show it's self is bland and falls flat. Don't waste your time, this was basically a high school history lesson with the mention of, "zombies" aimed to peak interest when there is nothing supernatural about this documentary.
Shock Docs: Alien Invasion: Hudson Valley (2021)
Mind Numbingly Stupid
Everyone they interviewed seemed to have some sort of mental illness. It was like visiting a mental institution, listening to the ramblings of the patients there, and recording what these psychopaths are saying as scientific fact. This movie was absolutely ridiculous, it was exactly the same as every other, "extraterrestrial encounter" movie when all of the people being interviewed have had some kind of extraordinary encounter with an extraterrestrial. Yet for some reason, not one of these people thought to save proof of their experience nor can they offer any evidence of their encounter actually happening. The audience is just supposed to believe these nut jobs solely because they are being filmed and we are expected to believe just because they said they were abducted by aliens. Yikes. Why can't there be a decent extraterrestrial documentary made that takes a look at this subject seriously but also with skepticism? If you are not psychotic or prone to schizophrenic hallucinations, you will not enjoy this movie as that is pretty much the sum of everyone who partook in the making of this ridiculous, "documentary".
In Search of the Port Chatham Hairy Man (2019)
Novice And Uninteresting Bigfoot Hunters
Unfortunately almost every person in this movie was either a decrepit old man, an incredibly annoying girl who didn't have a place in this expedition, or a stoner who was so strung out he should have been looking for Bigfoot with the Scooby Doo gang. The only person in this movie who wasn't a moron was Larry aka, "Beans", as he was the only person who was objective about the subject they were investigating and he didn't look at every detail around them as, "evidence" of Bigfoot. Apart from the obnoxious cast, the worst part of this movie was the fact that the "explorers" in this movie kept seeing Bigfoot behind every tree, yet no one was able to capture these sightings on camera. Along with this disappointment, the camera work alone was so terrible that it felt as if the person working the camera had never held one before in their life. They were very shaky and they did not know how to properly show the beautiful scenery around them. However, this could have been bearable had it not been for the irritating Valley Girl esque vernacular of the only female explorer, Mary Beth who claimed to be a, "biologist". Even with this knowledge, Mary Beth was not able to positively identify goat remains and she was the main explorer who witnessed Bigfoot more times than any other person on this expedition. Do not waste your time on this ridiculous film as it is more akin to a video that would be shown in a middle school geography class than it is a, "Bigfoot Documentary". There was more information shared about the history of the town than there was about the numerous Bigfoot attacks that allegedly ran the inhabitants of Port Chatham out of the area. How can you call your movie a Bigfoot documentary and spend most of your movie talking about the ghost town that you are surveying instead of Bigfoot? I want my $1.99 back along with the last hour and half of my life. Yikes!
Winnie-the-Pooh: Blood and Honey (2023)
Zero Stars
I feel that this movie's casting call was for the ugliest people that the director could scrape out of the bottom of the barrel. Not to mention how utterly and mind numbingly stupid this sad excuse for a movie is, the writers were not determined to make an honest horror film. But, instead they wanted to make a movie the was solely based on shock value rather than put their efforts in to writing a good script. It's easy to shoulder a movie on shock value alone, however, it takes talent to make a horror movie that is worth watching. No matter how hard I try, I just can't comprehend how a movie this ridiculous received any kind of funding, and it doesn't seem like this movie got any. The costumes are so bad they are laughable, and the actors are cringey throughout, the worst of them being Natasha Tosini. I am assuming she was to be the resident, "worldly" character who you know the killers are going to take out first. My problem with Natasha is that she is about the farthest thing from being attractive, and having to see her in a skimpy bikini was the most horrific thing in this, "slasher" movie. Yikes!
The Princess Switch (2018)
The Absolute Worst
This is the same old tired script that audiences have seen a million times, a million and one after this train wreck. Vanessa Hudgens has to be the worst actress in the history of film. Her, " British" accent in this movie is embarrassing and made me laugh every time she spoke. This movie is reminiscent of an SNL skit called, "Hallmark Dating Show". It is so stupid it didn't need SNL to mock it, the cast of "The Princess Switch" does a great job of that themselves. I would be horrified and beyond embarrassed if this movie was playing in my home, I would have to move out of state. I can't believe that this is seriously a movie, it is so terrible I thought that is was a spoof of every movie like this piece of garbage. When will directors stop making cliché slop like this and realize that NO ONE actually watches these kinds of movies except to laugh at and mock? Vanessa Hudgens needs to go back to the lonely planet of Disney has been's because this desperate attempt of her's to remove herself from, "High School Musical", is more pathetic then her Disney history. And to make matters worse she even made a sequel to this horrendous movie, I would imagine that sequel would be called, "The Princess Switch: This Time It's Even Sappier". If you enjoy good movies this one is not for you.
Paranormal Nightshift: Do Not Disturb and Hotel Hauntings (2020)
Fake Camera Footage
This episode lost me as there was no actual camera footage from the hotel. There was re-enactment footage, but no real footage used from the hotel and that was unfortunate as fake camera footage is not scary. I live in a refurbished miner's cabin that was built in 1896, and I do agree with the two ladies in the episode that weird things do happen in old structures. However, the way the story was portrayed was not entertaining and it did a disservice to the hotel owner and her employee's actual paranormal experiences at the hotel. I believe their stories and I would be very interested in reading their paranormal experiences in the hotel as opposed to watching this unentertaining mess.
Tommy Boy (1995)
The Greatest Movie Ever
I'm not exaggerating when I say that Chris Farley was the greatest comedian to walk the earth and Tommy Boy is the ultimate buddy movie. It has everything you could want from a movie like, laugh out loud moments, heart, and psychotic deer. There will never be another movie like this and that is what makes Tommy Boy so special, Chris Farley and David Spade were magic together and their chemistry is something that you don't see anymore. No matter how hard some comedians might try, like kevin james, they will never be Chris Farley. From beginning to end Tommy Boy is great, I can't say the same about most movies, but then again there is not a movie out there that holds a candle to Tommy Boy. Chris Farley was taken from us far too soon. I know he is making Heaven laugh, and that Chris Farley and Matthew Perry are the funniest guys there.
Terror in the Woods: A Monster in My Backyard?/The Abandoned House (2020)
Terrifying!
This was one of my favorite episodes, it is rare to watch an episode of this series where you get two good stories. The Bigfoot story was very enjoyable and it actually spooked me, also the same goes for the ghost story which was very entertaining as well. Usually when it comes to Bigfoot, the source material is wildly outrageous and unbelievable, that was not the case with Sage and Cissy. They were well spoken and they seemed to have a very frightening encounter. The second story was terrifying as well, if I found an abandoned home in the forest I would run as fast as I could. Alex appeared very genuine when recounting his experience. Everyone in this episode was more brave than I would have been, I don't think I could have recovered from an experience like either one portrayed in this show. I have been extremely aware of my surroundings on hikes since I watched this episode. Both stories would make great movie adaptations.
Werewolves Unearthed (2023)
Ridiculous
I love documentaries about Crpyto creatures, however, this movie is a gigantic YAWN. Seth Breedlove is the worst filmmaker and he should have mercy on his audience by making a movie that isn't pure GARBAGE! A woman with black hair dye was interviewed and claimed to have evidence of werewolves because of nightmares she used to have. What? This individual should seriously consider psychiatric evaluation if she thinks her nightmares are actual encounters. This movie is filled with liars and almost every one in the movie is exactly what you would expect of the kids you used to know in high school that shopped at Hot Topic. You know who I am talking about, all grown up with black hair dye and goth clothing. This "movie" would have been better named, "The Addams Family: The Werewolves of Addams Manor". "Werewolves Unearthed" has to be the absolute worst movie ever made. If I could give Seth Breedlove a piece of advice it would be, make better movies with reliable sources or just stop making movies period as your documentaries have now become painfull to watch. Do not waste your time on this mind numbing drivel if you value your IQ points. Lastly, what made this "movie" even more absurd was listening to the individuals he interviewed calling themselves, "earth children" which was followed up by phrases such as, "not no more" and many other double negatives. Are these the only people who see werewolves? If so, I will stick to Bigfoot documentaries not directed by Seth Breedlove, thank you. I can't stand ignorance in such large quantities.
Night Court (2023)
More Reboot Garbage
Don't waste your time. Night Court is more reboot garbage that is being foisted upon an unsuspecting public. Hey Hollywood writers, how about for a refreshing change you come up with something original that is not a "remake", "reboot", or "reimagined"? But wait, that would actually require some imagination and creativity which is clearly lacking in the entertainment industry. There are so many of these reboots that it is starting to make me physically ill and the Night Court reboot is just another example of this lazy writing. I would rather sit and watch the paint dry on my wall than watch this remake or any other reboot for that matter, correction, I would rather sit and watch my own hand than watch this miserable excuse for a tv show. To sum it all up, Night Court is just another terrible reboot that has come along to remind us viewers that the wonderful sitcoms of the 80's, 90's, and very early 00's are long gone.
Frasier (2023)
Yawn
The Fraiser remake has happened. And yet again the public is subjected to the unimaginative, uncreative, and talentless writings in classic Hollywood mass production style. I wouldn't wish a show like this on my worst enemy. In this remake the writers try to infuse nostalgia with fresh actors, however, they already appear tired with their characters and the nostalgia feels like the writers are trying too hard to appeal to the audience that watched Frasier in the 90's. Unfortunately, they are forgetting that the audience in the 90's did not want this remake and we have absolutely no use for it. Screen writers need to stop remaking our favorite movies and tv shows and give us fresh ideas that are actually bearable to watch. I am so tired of logging in to my Prime and Netflix and seeing nothing but teen romance flicks, crime documentaries, and remakes of my favorite shows. When I went to watch the Frasier remake my expectations were already rock bottom. I should have went lower, then I wouldn't have been as disappointed as I was. The Frasier remake is so painful to watch not just because I am so opposed to remakes in and of themselves, but because not one actor in the remake convinces the audience that they are worth watching. The original cast is almost entirely gone and the way the new cast play against each other felt almost like I was watching Fraiser having a nightmare and I was hoping that any minute he was going to wake up in reality and walk out to see his father Martin sitting in his chair watching baseball with Eddie and Niles uncomfortably trying to pretend like he understands the game. However, that did not happen as this show is meant for a new generation who did not know the original cast as anyone who did would not and should not watch this sad excuse for a sitcom.
Encounters (2023)
A Sure Cure For Insomnia
This miniseries was so slow and so boring! The Texas lights' story was like watching paint dry. Everyone that told their story was so uninteresting. The English school children's account was also super slow and not believable. In addition, the lady who owned the hotel was also very boring as she was showing us old photos of her mother. Why? Watching this monotonous garbage was like being trapped at a friend's house as they show you old home movies! This was not worth my time and I would rather sit and read than have to suffer through this boring drivel. Netflix you can do better and if you can't then please stop putting out content. This was awful!
You Are So Not Invited to My Bat Mitzvah (2023)
Sandler Jr.
This movie is exactly what you would expect from Adam Sandler's children. A classless, college boy, immature comedy that now stars his children. When I first saw that this movie included his now grown up children I hoped that Sandler had grown out of his usual smut filled comedy. How wrong I was. I could not believe the filth that he scripted for his children to act out. It was also exactly what you would expect a father who is unbelievably out of the loop in todays pop culture to include in his film. The fact that Adam Sandler let his daughter talk about classmates of hers, "hooking up" in a closet at Hebrew school blew me away. I am not Jewish, but I still believe that ANY place of religion should be respected. Aside from the filth in this movie, the other part that made it unbearable to watch was how bad the acting was. Sadie Sandler does not belong on the silver screen and could only get an acting job if her dad wrote the script and cast the movie. As was painfully evident in this disaster of a movie. There was absolutely nothing funny or even remotely humorous in this film and the only reason it should ever be played would be if someone was being tortured for information. What kind of a father not only lets his daughter talk like that in a movie, but also writes the script himself? That is borderline predatory in my opinion. I wouldn't watch this movie if it were the last one on earth. Adam Sandler used to have a couple of comedies that you knew were stupid but they were guilty pleasures. Now he has crossed the line by throwing his children in to the mix of his college boy antics and that is too far for me. It makes me sick to watch how he treats his own daughters like they are just some tramps that he can take advantage of. Any parent who would let their children watch this movie needs to have Child Protective Services called on them immediately. It is that bad.
The Pantry Ghost Documentary (2013)
Yawn
The only thing paranormal in this movie is the actors' talent. This was the most ridiculous "ghost" movie I have ever had the displeasure of watching. Out of the numerous questions this movie presents the most glaring one I have is; if "John" doesn't want us to know his face or voice, then why are we permitted to hear him speak without the voice distortion when he is speaking on the "home videos". This is obviously a terrible student film made by amateurs who don't know how to write a plot that includes a cause for an individual's action, this being the ghost's reasons for it's haunting, and why the ghost has chosen the pantry for it's nightly haunts. DO NOT waste you time on this ridiculous amateur horror film as there is absolutely nothing scary about this movie. I have had more scares from cartoons than this movie provides.
