This film had its moments where it was funny, but the cringe I felt for a good chunk of the movie was t overwhelming. The tone shifts around in a way that felt unnatural to me. The idea is interesting, but the thriller elements and the comedy elements felt very unbalanced, which makes the stakes of the plot unclear to the audience, which have to go more one way or the other to be effective. I definitely didn't hate it though, and I did enjoy some of the moments on their own, but put together, it just isn't a standout for me. It wasn't awful, but I don't recommend it, nor would I watch it again.
