Undocumented (2010)
10th worst found footage horror movie I've seen
I'm not a fan of torture horror movies, and that's coming from someone who's watched all the Saw movies. (Why? I guess I like punishing myself) but anyways, I love found footage horror movies I just don't like torture horror movies. And to make it worse, the victim's young daughter gets killed. But to be fair, the captors DID release all the immigrants children. So the children DID NOT get tortured too. So congrats on the captors for having SOME sense of humanity, but that's not saying much. Like one of the scenes, Alberto, (one of the immigrants) his torture session was being quizzed on America's history, and if he gets an answer wrong, his wife gets a body part taken off. I'm not a fan of this one. I just hate the fact that this movies villains are a group of people that hate immigrants. Not recommending.
Evil Dead Rise (2023)
Appalling
Just to think to have a child in the Evil Dead franchise is appalling. I'm sorry, I just didn't want to have a child in Evil Dead, the franchise was just fine before this one. I liked Evil Dead (2013) it was nice and gory, actually it was the goriest the franchise had been at the time. But what made that one a winner was it had a adult family, NOT a young family. But I liked that there were through backs to the older Evil Dead movies. It's almost like a continuation of the original Evil Dead storyline. And I just loved the old abandoned bank under the apartment, even though it doesn't make sense. I'm always a sucker for old abandoned locations in horror movies. So yeah, I'd rather stick with the 2013 Evil Dead Remake, at least I know that one is good.
Dragon Ball Z: The Tree of Might (1997)
Awesome, but one major issue
I'll be honest, I'm a huge dragon ball fan. But this is the only one of the original Z movies that I don't enjoy. Mainly because of Turles. While the rest of the villains of the other Z movies are fun and enjoyable to watch, Turles is not. He's just too cruel and heartless to enjoy. I guess you could say that Cooler is worse but at least he didn't torment and torture Gohan. And the thing is, Gohan is only 5 years old in the timeline of this movie. My major problem with Turles is that he treats Gohan like a tool or a piece on a chessboard, not really caring what happens to him. I guess some people might not have a problem with it, but I'm not most people. So yeah, I'm a huge Dragon Ball fan, but I don't recommend this one for Dragom Ball fans, or for Gohan fans for that matter. If your a Gohan fan like me, then you're probably not going to have a good time watching.
Old (2021)
Disturbing and extremely Upsetting
This is the worst thing M. Night EVER MADE! How it got a PG-13 rating is beyond me. It wouldn't be as bad if it was teenagers but WHY Young children?! Everyone who watched this in theaters deserves 100 million dollars to kick M. Night in the groan. And Just Why does one of the children get pregnant?! It is the only thing I remember from the trailer, and I knew that it was going to be a horrible experience. That's actually all I remember from the movie. It was just hard to watch. And the twist of it being a experiment, sick, just SICK! What was M. Night thinking?! I just can't forget that Pregnancy scene. It was just a Terrible experience. No, it was a Traumatizing experience. I actually saw it with my teenage daughter and she always told me that she wanted to have kids. But after this, she was so traumatized that she told me she NEVER wants to have kids. Thank you M. Night for traumatizing my daughter and ruining her future plans, bravo M. Night, bravo. I will never recommend this. It deserves to be thrown in a ditch and burned.
