Seriously what's up with all the flak From Paris With Love is receiving. I got what I wanted a cool action movie with lots of action,comedy,and Travolta being a bad ass. But this was Travolta's movie, Johnathan was good but Travolta stole the show,he reminded me of both Denzel Washington in Training Day and Nicolas Cage in Bad Lieutenant Port Of New Orleans just because of his characters crazy antics that he commits in the movie. I seriously don't see why people don't like entertaining action movies any more, Ninja Assassin being one and I put from Paris With Love in the same category. Paris is highly entertaining,funny and has some cool plot turns that keep the story interesting it's just a plain dumb fun pop corn flick and that's good enough for me.

I saw this and I knew what to expect going in to the film as I had already read about half of the book but never got the chance to finish it. But I was surprised at how faithful the film was to the original material.The directing was also masterfully done and pretty cool I saw some cool camera tricks I hadn't seen since Martin Scorsese directed Bringing Out The Dead, Martin Scorsese did one great job and everyone was top notch especially Ben Kingsley and DiCaprio and I never though I would jump out of fright especially in a Scorsese film but I did. All in all a solid thriller with a good story and some great performances and for me it's the best film I've seen in 2010 so far.

I saw this today and it's still fresh in my mind. Trick r Treat was really good. Last good scary movie I saw was The Collector which apparently no one I know saw(it's like the movie Waiting... with Ryan Reynolds, no one saw it when it first came out even when it was out on DVD). But anyway it's an awesome movie. The mood and tone of the film were perfect, the directing was great, and the story was nice with some cool twists. The acting was good too ( and why is it good actors come out in horror movies,James Woods/Vampires,Bruce Willis/The Sixth Sense,Nicolas Cage/The Wicker Man yeah it's horrible and but pretty damn hilarious).Better than all these recent remakes and so called PG-13 horror movies.

I saw today Blood and Bone and I was surprised because it turned out being pretty good. I this saw because I've been a fan been a fan of Michael Jai White since Spawn. Anyways the movie is pretty low budget but who really cares when the fight scenes are really well done considering that I didn't see any wires. Storyline is good considering it's a fighting movie and Eamon Walker (Oz) comes out in the film which is cool because I never see him in anything the only other movie I've ever seen him in was Shopping with Jude Law on IFC. All in all a very good action film, Michael is a bad ass in the movie. And hopefully Michael Jai White gets some recognition and starts coming out in more movies.

I saw this on Labor Day with some friends and it was pretty bad ass. Right from the get go there was an awesome action sequence at which point I knew I'm gonna like this movie. The action is intense and fast just like a video game. At points I was thinking is this Call of Duty Modern Warfare the movie.It was a mix of the Running Man and Death Race just without lame neon jumpsuits but does have flame throwers and with no cars although there is a really cool sequence with this truck.Cool story and some good acting by Michael C. Hall who was a perfect mix of a douche bag and hilarity. Great action, cool story but there are some weird moments especially near the end all in all a good movie. Oh and Gerard Butlers a bad ass.

I saw this film yesterday with two of my friends.It was this or Funny People but I've lost faith in Adam Sandler since "You Don't Mess With the Zohan" And none of us wanted to watch Harry Potter so walking in to the The Collector it was fifty fifty that it was going to be any good considering it's from the writers of the last couple of Saw movies. But I was surprised at how great it was. The setup was quick the violence is gory and there was some scary disturbing moments plus the last couple of minutes were really intense. And The Collector puts Jigsaw,Jason,and Freddy to shame at least in my opinion.Plus this was way better than the amazingly crappy Transformers 2.
