Dragon Age II (2011)
Bioware is Dead
The most overrated game of the decade. Don't believe the hype and so-called ''professional'' reviewers that were either paid by EA or were EA employees themselves. This game is a terrible garbage that tries to represent itself as Dragon Age and an RPG, but it's not either. Weak storyline, boring quests, copied and pasted maps, uninteresting characters, ruined qunari, terrible graphics, unbelievable and illogical scenarios. Don't believe the illusion, because this game is NOT an RPG. It's completely linear hack&slash with only one ending. Do not bother to import your saves from Dragon Age:Origins. Your choices don't matter at all. You might even meet some characters you have killed in a previous game. And there are DLC's that were actually part of the main game, but were cut out for extra profit and released just a few hours after DA2. RPG fans should avoid this game. And according to the Bioware itself, Mass Effect 3 and Dragon Age 3 will be even worse. A shame on Bioware for selling it's soul to EA for profit.
Eragon (2006)
Disgrace
Even if we completely ignore the book, this movie is an embarrassment to any intelligent person. People who rated it ten stars obviously don't have any taste or understanding what a good movie should be like. Acting is pathetic, there is no character development, plot is boring, overly predictable and many things don't make any sense. I am glad that I borrowed this movie, because the makers don't deserve a penny.
100 000 000$ has gone for this movie? For what? The creators only used the popular title to make this piece of trash while it had so much potential.
Comparing this so-called movie to the book makes it even worse. The book is a children fantasy written by a teenager. While it has some flaws, it is a good book nevertheless.
Avoid this movie at all cost.
Heroes (2006)
There is Only Sylar
There is not a single thing on this planet that disappointed me as much as ''Heroes''. So, I decided to wrote my personal experience on IMDb. First part of this review doesn't contain any spoilers. Note that second part doesn't contain any REAL spoilers if you watched season 1.
First season of ''Heroes'' was amazing and enjoys huge popularity across entire world. Heck, I am writing this in Croatia and almost crying over how bad my used-to-be-favorite series are now!
If there is anyone who is planning to watch Season 2 or Season 3 for the first time-DON'T! It will ruin every experience you had with season 1! Just like it ruined the experience of every hardcore ''Heroes'' fan. And it won't get any better, only worse. What should you expect in future seasons? Unrealistic plot, characters changing their personalities and capabilities over night, plot holes, boring and unbelievable story etc. Season 3 became so boring that I started skipping some scenes or even episodes, only to find out that I didn't miss anything. In the end, all my hopes for ''Heroes'' died. Now, I am wondering-how can anyone still watch this pile of crap?
Whenever makers of ''Heroes'' feel like it, they decide kill a character-no matter how important or popular he is. Doesn't matter. The makers will think of someone new, until they get bored again and kill that character too. That may be in a couple or days or months-doesn't matter. Oh well, sometimes they don't kill the character. Sometimes, they change him completely, so the old character is actually new character with an old name name and played by the same actor. Brilliant? Of course not! I am not over exaggerating when I say that in one season
we see a guy with his own life and personality and in the next season or episode wee see a completely new guy that is completely different from the character we loved (or hated).
There are so many stupidities in later seasons of ''Heroes'' ... But that includes spoilers.
(SPOILERS START HERE) I don't know what the makers of ''Heroes'' were thinking. Seriously, what the hell? Sylar-character that was supposed to stay dead in the first season! If he stayed dead, he would remain an excellent villain in my book. Now, I can't forget the image of boring, emo Sylar.
Sylaaaaah, Sylaaah! Let's make you villain! Now, let's make you a good guy! Now, let's make you a bad guy again and vice versa! No, scratch that! Let's kill you...wait, that didn't happen. Oh, sorry it did, never mind, let's revive you. Now you are perfectly normal (sane) person, now you are psychopath again. First you want to destroy everyone, then you want to save everyone. Sylar was a very interesting character in the first season but in later seasons he became the most boring and unnecessary character ever.
I came on IMDb to see how my used-to-be-favorite series goes. I looked at the description of the last episode and with no surprise found out that all is about Sylaaaaaah! Slyaaah! So, the directors probably though: ''Why show some creativity and make a new villain if we can stretch the old one for infinite amount of time? '' Seriously, some cartoons made for 5 years old have more creativity. Sylah-the character that literally draws me crazy. And in a extremely bad way. So, the only character (and originally a good one) they decided to keep (not kill) is butchered, sliced, washed, fried, chewed, vomited, and then chewed again. And all that chewing goes on and on and on....
Disappointed Croatian fan, logging out.
