The Silence (2019)
Writer ruined the Movie
Everything about the movie was great except the story. They could have made it so so much better.
The writer - why did you do that?
Investigate who allowed the writer to ruin the movie please. If Netflix allowed this, the business deserves to suffer.
Chhorii (2021)
Shame on the Director
Sad to see such Bollywood lords keeping us held back in 1990s, and hiding behind on high moral messaging of poor India.
Keep up the snobbery Mr. Director, may better film maker take your crown with help of some good story lines.
Examined Life (2008)
Why are they running around and not focusing on the dialog ?
Pretty frustating camera work, and direction.
For some reason, the film-makers decided that to keep the philosophers time and make them run around and make them talk in the ambient noise and in lack of focus.
Hard to focus on what the person is saying because of the stupid direction of forcing them to run around in order to talk.
Was so excited about this one, the entire thing was butchered by the director.
A Walk Among the Tombstones (2014)
Builds great expectations for the climax but ends suddenly
The movie brings back the 'Taken' experience and pulls you to a high level of thrill with high expectations. But the movie ends with a lot of questions and with no twist or revelation at the end.
- The movie is about a series of kidnappings
- Kidnappers takes away the victim's life after receiving the ransom.
- The movie seems to be building thrill and suspense
- The movie ends with a kidnapping of a 13 year old who was recovered alive - The movie relies on the fact that drug dealers were unlikely to bring in cops
- 'Liam Nesson' is dealing with a tragedy that resulted in the death of a small girl while he was drunk
- The tragedy in past gave 'Liam Nesson' flash backs while he helps recover the 13 year old
- The movie works really well towards the climax, and satisfies the thrill but the suspense went unresolved
- Climax could have something more than just gun shots. Great work by 'Liam Neeson'
- The whole movie stands on his work in the earlier movie 'Taken'
Cons: Story felt incomplete
Pros: Great work by 'Liam Nesson'
