Tried way too hard to be funny
17 October 2023
I wasn't expecting this to be amazing but thought it would at least be funny from the trailer. This was definitely wrong. Don't get me wrong, there were a few funny moments and an unexpectedly bizarre cameo from Jeremy corbyn that made me laugh, but overall the directors were trying way too hard and it just fell flat. If they hadnt tried to force the comedy so much it could had worked, but instead it just felt overdone and cringey. I felt genuinely bored for most of it as did my partner and the majority of the cinema...a packed screening and probably heard about 2 laughs the entire time. I'm rating it 3 stars to match the 2 laughs I had and 1 for the cameos. Don't waste your time on this poor attempt at nostalgia.

Rather be subjected to this films torture then watch it again
15 June 2013
Warning: Spoilers
This was without a doubt one of the worst movies i have ever seen! I really enjoyed wrong turn 1 and 2 but it seems the quality goes downhill from there. Whilst admittedly there was perhaps a scene or two of originality, this is totally overshadowed by poor acting and recycled clichés. what makes this even worse (if that is even possible)was the total idiocy of the characters who are impossible to relate to - who decides to be humane to some hillbilly freaks that have just tortured and killed your friends? If i'm honest, I've never been happier that the entire cast of a movie died, ill give them credit for that at least. Do yourself a favour and avoid this film- unless you just want 91 minutes of rage.
