Lights Out with David Spade (2019)
Awesome.
I dig how simple this show is, and I actually laugh watching it. I wish it had an hour timeslot though cause I dont think the guests get enough time to Banter with each other or just shoot . Its slightly Original and quite amusing. worth the watch for sure.
Comedy Underground with Dave Attell (2014)
Awesome. Awesome. Awesome.
Foul Mouthed, Crude, and Unwarranted. Sometimes the audience doesn't know whether to laugh or be offended. This is the kind of comedy I love. Dirty, Gritty, and True. Quite Hilarious. So Far Every episode is worth watching of course some better than others. But Every episode has at least one set worth checking out(In my opinion watch them all.) But all good none the less. The Only problem I have with the show is it being only a half hour program giving around 20 minutes for the actual show, Which consists of 3 sets from 3 different comedians and a lil of Dave at the Beginning and end. Once your heart is pumping your sides hurt from laughing and your waiting to see whats next the show is over and your left not knowing what to do! I Really Hope there will be a second season. With a few guest appearances from a few comedians that you didn't get to see a set, gives you hope they might come back and give us more. Fingers crossed! and hopefully they make it an Hour long program.
Escape from Tomorrow (2013)
This film makes you dive into your imagination just to spit you back out again.
This movie goes into the imagination of an unemployed man being at his lowest in a place where there is nothing but the illusion of happiness surrounding you. Driving him too a perhaps a delirious state of mind. That is until it takes an unexpected twist.
It's a fantastic portrayal of the imagination some writers/directors have. or how some people can perceive the happiest places on earth when their not so happy them selves. Filmed completely in Disneyworld and Disneyland without consent or knowledge from the park, and edited in South Korea so no one could get their hands on it. Its a must see for any film lover, indie or not. The Black and White is an amazing touch and gives it that extra bit of eeriness it needs. Its almost like an early mash up of Lynch and Cronenberg. It's Quite the ride for whomever decides to take it.
Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. (2013)
I just don't even know where to start....
It really doesn't live up to the non stop usual marvel action that it portrayed in commercials/trailers and that I hoped for.
The Idea is great but It's very cheesy and the fight scenes reminded me of something from Relic Hunter or something just as corny. It has Very Campy feel to it, I can see this doing better in the afternoon for youngsters with the adults sitting down behind them reading a book or maybe even back and forth cooking supper tuning in here and there.
The Characters are also so dull, bland and not very likable or relate- able. If the next few episodes don't pick up or something ground breaking happens I can see a lot of viewers dropping off as the season progresses.
