Mysteries of the Abandoned (2017)
Many Interesting Stories, but...
The stories can be interesting. However, the way so many of them are presented is abysmal. Making pretty much everything over the top in the "OMG, what could this be?" format is incredibly tiresome. With maybe one or two slight exceptions, the presenters are questionable. With credentials like "Scientist" (really, what science?) and "Adventurer"! How are these people credible? I can't necessarily attest to the truth they present, but I would fact check many of the things they say.
As the series started, the quality of the stories was not bad. I'm now into Season 6 and some of the stories are a bit of a reach.
Hillbilly (2018)
I Couldn't Finish it
I could only handle about 20 minutes of it - half of that time was about politics and the 2016 election. Too bad the description was so poor.
NCIS: Los Angeles: A Line in the Sand (2018)
Worse Than Their Usual "Over the Top" Writing!
Not since CSI: Cyber have I seen much that was this bad. Simply a modern version of Saturday matinee serials with the over the top kiddie heros.
