Gran Turismo (2023)
Rubbish
Two hour runtime that felt liket four. Just a massive marketing exercise for Sony, PlayStation and Nissan. The story is pretty boring and by the numbers. One of the worst movies I've seen in recent times. The lead character is unlikable. Furthermore, it just doesn't seem very believable. Looking up his record, he is an average driver in the real world at Best. It really looks like a movie that was aimed at 15-year-old gamers and nobody else. Awful stuff really. On the plus side, some of the camera will work during the races was great. That was a high pint, but it just took too long to get there.
Chicago Fire: All-Out Mystery (2022)
Does Kidd Have TTo Be Involved In Everything Now?
Stella teaming up with Severide now! So the writers are just doubling down on the most annoying and unliveable character. The OFI stories were a great diversion from the norm always. It was great to see Seceride going solo and the pairing with himself and Seager was fun. Noel still has to be involved and has to be the problem solver. Isn't this rubbish enough in things like Star Trek Discovery with Michael Burnham? We don't need another Mary Sue. It's time the writers got rid of Kidd. I'm tired of her and stress dragging down the show with her. Casey is a big loss. They should have entered the show around Seceride and Brett.
Chicago Fire: The Magnificent City of Chicago (2022)
Silky
Sandwich joint doing the catering and an ad-hoc wedding on a boat... west bride would go for any of that? You don't bed to be a bridezills to have problems with any of this. Also Brett just decided to call into the firehouse once she got home from her holiday? No matter how much I liked work of my colleagues I valued my time away from the setting. Also a hen party organised at work? Come on! I know these shows like to keep things sithin gge cast but I'd have appreciated tge thing much more if Stella had friends beyond work. Same sigh Severidebb. Really these kind of episodes are nauseating. At least it was one last hurrah for Casey.

A Trail Of Miserty
I stuck with this show because I thought it would go somewhree. It didn't really. OK they got to Montana but we always knew they woud. What I wasn't prepared for was episode after episode of misery involved in getting there.
Half the season they've barely gotten out of Texas and suddenly they're in Wyoming. Also, the inane nattations from Elsa and while I liked some of the Elsa story it really dragged. Think Sheridan is drinking his own kool-aid at this point. One fot he most depressing final epsiodes I've ever seen from any show. Hated how the kid brother didn't even have a good bye scene when his sister left the camp. It wa almost like he didn't exist at that pont.
Honestly I know it establishes how hard won the ranch is and how engrained maintaining it is in the Durron psyche but they could have just handled this with a five or ten minute scene with John and Kaycee's kid where he told the kid the story of Elsa and finding the ranch and we'd have all been better off.
Everything Everywhere All at Once (2022)
Massive Pile Of Shîte
I watched this Jay night because if the 8+ recite it got here on IMDB. If only I'd read down through the reviews and sage the more realistic ones.
I did enjoy watching the film recuse of the style but it all fell apart towards the end. It didn't make much sense and it came to a pretty stupid conclusion.
This isn'tscience fiction. It's science crap. A load of rubbish with poorly explained rules and the rules that were interested didn't seem to really apply anyway.
The movie needed to be shorter. It felt way too long.
The redeeming feature was the decent kung fu but there wasn't enough of that.
Waste of time really. I wouldn't be bothered watching again and will say that if you aren't feels good vibes after 30 minutes, watch sobering wise because it really doesn't improve.
Home Before Dark: The Biggest Life (2021)
Brat
I really liked season 1 of this show but after struggling so far with season 2 I'm tired of the kid and her family enabling her instead of telling her to calm the hell down. There'sa fine June between spunky precocious kid and insufferable spoiled brat and season 1 managed to stay in the right side of this line, season 2 however goes way beyond it.
At this point the kid gets an injunction against her for an article she published. I'll add that it's an article she wrote and submitted without asking for the ok if her father who is an actual journalist and her attorney mother. Then the kid starts crying because it's ask so unfair. What did you think was going to happen?
Instead of sitting her down and taking her that just because she calls herself a journalist, it doesn't make her one and the world is a big and scary place and if you can't handle it, don't play in the sandpit. No, instead her family father arrived and stole her ego even further.
Awful stuff.
