Incheon sangryuk jakjeon (2016)
Felt like history for 4th graders
How many Iowa class battleships did we posses in 1950, according to the movie, at least 6. I understand that this is fictionalized historical accounting, but a little more credibility could have been made. I love Liam Neeson, and I am grateful he lended a hand to the film makers here, I hope they have a better continuity department working for them in the future.
I do jot believe this was an attempt to re-write history, but being clear this is a fictionalized account of the Battle of Inchon, it should be precise in clarifying that upfront.
Overall it was not a bad movie, just didn't meet the high expectations I was looking forward to with the cast they had assembeled.
Landing Lake (2017)
Not sure
Just... confused? What was the point, where was this plot going?
Operation Terror (2012)
Unnecessary.
Reckless, self indulgent tripe. As for the reviewers spreading more mindless garbage when ever and where ever they can, please stop and go outside once in a while.
Game of Thrones: The Bells (2019)
Dany was mad from the beginning
She has been sheltered, protected and groomed to be an absolute monarch, with the purpose of punishing her foes. Look at dialogue from the first season and plot points from the book. She was unhinged from the get go. Just look at he cold reaction to her brothers death and her constantly, rehearsed "with blood and fire " mantra.
Oh, and it was HBO that cut the season to 6 eps, not the producers.
Game of Thrones: The Long Night (2019)
Lyanna...
All I am going to say is that if you were disappointed because it wasn't ghosts in space and fulfilled your fanfic expectations, then maybe you shouldn't have spent every day over the last week looking for GOT spoilers.
Jeruzalem (2015)
Umm...no
So this will be short as nothing about this movie was good. I have never wanted so much for the main character to die. The only person that held any interest for me was Omar, and that's only because he reminded me of a friend from many years ago.
Not sure what the Paz brothers were thinking other than "Let's just give her smart glasses and cgi in the horror later."
I like good horror, even bad dialogue can be overlooked if the narrative can be carried with the surrounding situational awareness, which they had none of, by the way. I am highly disappointed and, to reflect some of the other members observations, someone obviously should have watched the walking dead instead of the OC when she was growing up.
