Rat Race (2001)
A very unfunny movie
I saw this movie at a .50 cent theater and it was a rip off. The one and only funny scene is of the two high school drop out teens. They are crying and trying to open the car doors in slow motion .They are unable to escape from the car, while if I remember correctly, a monster truck is trying to jump a row of cars and their car is last one in line. -Paul
Kung Fu: The Way of the Tiger, the Sign of the Dragon. (1972)
The best tv movie ever!
Everything seems to click right for this eastern western philosophical movie. The sound track is a bonus and the directorship is outstanding. The movie also introduced me to Taoism and I practice this metaphysical philosophy on a daily basis. I remember seeing the movie for the first time and I taped it and watched it over and over again until I had most of the lines by heart. David Carradine's role as Caine is moody and full of enlightenment. Every actor performs outstandingly well. Well worth the price to own or rent. -Paul
28 Days Later... (2002)
end of the world again
I saw this movie today and thought that it was out standing well done. I find end of the world movies to be interesting and then there are the undead wondering around. It is my opinion that Vincent Price's Last Man on Earth is the standard that these films can be compared.
Bio-Dome (1996)
smells worse than a fart!!!
I recall seeing this movie in a second run theater. I knew I was in trouble when I realized that the packed theater was populated by junior highschool students. I did leave the movie before it was over when I saw Pauly bitting off a corn of his male room mates foot. Avoid this movie at all cost. A complete waste of my and your time.
