Class of 83 (2020)
a great start and an abrupt end
This movie started off well and had a great potential to build something good. Unfortunately, it seemed like the director and the script writer just gave up midway and made sometime just to finish the project. Just plain and simple - it's frustrating as the movie could not build upon the premise to give a satisfactory feel to its conclusion.
The Old Guard (2020)
Nothing special... perhaps okay if you want a brainless action movie.
This movie had a lot of potential to be a masterpiece. Sadly, it came cliched with the same action sequence and course of events, that have been going on since the 90s. After perhaps mid way through the movie i sadly lost interest, it just seemed that it was a very simple action flick with a very straight forward story and blunt characters.
There have been some really great action movies recently like and I was expecting either a action sequence something like "Extraction"or a great story. I must say I am a little disappointed when i saw the movie after the trailer.
Inside Job (2010)
Recession a creation, Not an accident.
Well, let me tell you that i am still doing my MBA and i always thought that the global financial crisis was more of a system failure. However, after watching this documentary i found that though the system was flawed, the main culprits always knew what was coming. The movie is informative as well as entertaining. Its a good fusion of knowledge and fun. Let me tell you, this is one of the few documentary movies which in which i also enjoyed the way interviewees were grilled on questions. Matt Damon has done a fine job in Narrating the entire story. Facts and conclusions pointed out in this movie shows how corrupt the financial system is and how financial crime goes unpunished because the financial players are the regulators of the economy. A splendid masterpiece and a must watch for for everyone.
