If you've ever felt lost in your own life
15 May 2024
This has to be the best representation of how I feel when no matter what I do every thing seems to go wrong. This show does miss some chances at some quotable lines other than that its spot on when life feels like what else could go wrong. I think it should be binged by anyone who has ever felt lonely in a room filled with their family or friends or you've ever felt unseen, or unheard and especially anyone who has ever had even just one day when no matter what you do nothing goes right. This series starts off with a death but even that has a comedic twist that leaves you with the familiar 'are you freaking kidding me' feeling when things do go wrong.

TV drama that's Real, Raw, and Relatable
23 September 2023
This series is what television drama should be. An Outback Australien set with an Aboriginal woman as the lead (a powerhouse) character; however, the scenery and the story of this series transports you with a feeling of absolute, relatable and rawness of the storylines and individual personalities of the characters that transcend the setting of the scenery ensuring that no matter where you are in the world and no matter your class station in life. The writers of this show have hit on something missing from so many other dramas on television today. It's the perfect gem to take notice of. While I'd not recommend trying to duplicate it, I know the writers and creators of the show have done something in any community on any Earthly continent or anywhere else story; this one is special and works perfectly. I'm wholeheartedly committed and invested in this series and know it will be one I feel a loss over if and when it does end.

Just once I got it right!
12 September 2023
I'm not sure why this has poor reviews, I was enthralled with this series beginning to end. There was one story line that I was able to work out in episode one however none of my mates caught it until episode 6 or 7 and even then they stayed guessing until the very last episode. I binged this show over two days then again all in one day, just to make sure there was nothing I missed or didn't pick up on as there was some back and forth with a few different storylines, I enjoyed it as much or more the second binge watch I did. It wasn't too over the top gore, not nightmare inducing, it was just the right amount of edge of your seat moments to keep me interested.

ER & CALL THE MIDWIFE HAD A BABY
2 February 2023
I've waited years for a series to be this well done. It made me feel every emotion a human can feel and even the story lines I could never relate to or understand on a personal level had me watching with emotion. As my tagline reads ER & Call the Midwife had a baby because this series is set inside a hospital and you do get to see a baby being born, maybe more than one but it includes other medical areas so you're not sat there for a straight hour watching deliveries, it also does so well peeping into the characters personal lives. I'm hoping to see a several year series out of this one because I've waited years for a drama this good.

Humans make mistakes
25 December 2022
I hate Susie Too will win your heart over if you are a woman (or man?) that has ever had child custody chaos, if you have ever been shattered mentally or emotionally for a mistake; it's for you if you've ever had a significant other albeit severe error in judgement uses it to try to destroy your world or at least use your human imperfections to rip up your life? I know far too many women who are/have/will deal with parental alienation myself, including. If you have ever allowed guilt, shame and self-loathing to think the other person deserves more than you to get all the way, you'll have a front-row seat to see how you can never allow that to happen again. If you ever wanted a tv show to convey to a person what custody chaos, potential parental alienation or your downward spiral looked like, watch this!

If it weren't for my imperfection as a human of dislikes for too many musical ballads that I can in no way enjoy in a tv show like this series and especially this second season, if it had one worthy song would be our anthem, our battle cries our warriors' soul was moving forward series.

Emotions and Life

If you need a movie that is relatable, funny, and open, watch this movie. I think this movie can also be a door to talks about things that happen in every persons life at some point.

Outside looking in?
2 December 2021
B class movie with promise.

Tales of an American Hoodrat is for anyone who grew up in lower-middle-class housing, a trailer park, subsidised housing or the projects if you were ever a teenager whose parents did not understand you or was too busy caught up in their own lives to pay attention to yours. I was all of these teenagers at some point, as are most during that time in your life when you are on the inside but still feeling like you're on the outside looking in. Brandon Lutzman wrote the screenplay an edited and directed which shows promise especially from someone his age, I look forward to future scripts with Brandon at the helm.

Homemade Hollywood
24 February 2021
After watching this movie my hope is Jeremy Loudon pays his audition manager/agency out of his contract and sells himself to someone who can actually sell him. As the other spoiler reviews have advised this looks very much 'Blair Witch/Fargo' in the camera styling, I am sure the actors were given much leeway due to the only descent part of this movie; the plot. Had this been made into a book and not a movie I am sure the reviews would have been much better, and the story is why this review gets a four.

Horrendous atrocity!!!!
31 March 2019
If you enjoy comparisons of the late Princess Diana to other royal members you may be able to watch this, at best this was just an atrocity of film at best a horrendous misrepresentation of a documentary. I was only able to make it 22 minutes into it and if I am being honest I used the skip forward button for over half of that.

What every documentary should be!
6 February 2019
I watch documentaries like most people my age watch reality television, but this documentary was so informative, detailed, amazingly shot, and the main narrator's voice was/is the best, I originally just left a 10 star review, I was not going to leave an actual written review because I'm horrible at them but after watching this documentary 3 more times just to make sure I did not miss anything I am leaving one because not only is Lord Montagu an inspiring man but the sons that made it in into the interview were so embracing of who he was flaws and all they are truly inspiring, and not to mention the rich history of the wonderful home, again I will never do this documentary justice in written form but I strongly encourage everyone to watch it.
