Peacemaker (2022)
How to create a growing character
I stumbled on this one too late but glad that I did. I watched the second Suicide Squad just because this show had over 8 points in IMDB and I found my self questioning whether I should continue a show about "Peacemaker" and then it started, the amazing performance of the whole cast and especially John Cena. From an antihero to my new favorite character Cena made Peacemaker a person that you love and want to hug while saying all will be ok. Somehow he manages to make this happen without your realization.
And the music! Amazing choices in each episode. The show added many new songs to my playlist.
I plan to watch it over and over again till the next season comes.
Arcane: League of Legends: The Monster You Created (2021)
Speechless
I loved Arcane, who wouldn't? Amazing characters, amazing design, the soundtrack. Ohh the soundtrack. The whole episode was heart warming and heart breaking at the same time creating a whirl of emotions in so many different moments. But at the last 15 min. It turned into something else and in the last 5, with the music taking the scene, it became a masterpiece. The time stopped and my heart stopped. I now know that nothing I watch will be better than this...
Kulüp (2021)
A little bit credit plz
I decided to write this because of a huge misunderstanding. The show did not end but at halt till december. There are 4 more episodes. And about show, the actors were outstanding. The acting was really great but also the visualization of the era was also great. I usually don't watch Turkish dramas but this was a hit and I'm planning to recommend it to my friends from other countries.
Bridgerton (2020)
Why not?
If you are too concerned about reality than just think that this show is a sci-fi in a parrallel universe! The show is warm and lovely with actors that suit the roles. I just loved it and hope that the next season will come soon.
Kelebegin Rüyasi (2013)
A mesmerizing movie...
2,5 hours... Wish the movie was even longer, wish I had the chance to walk into that screen and live in that movie together.
Visually it did remind me of Gladiator due to amazing scenery and La vita e Bella due to colors and era. But as a whole it was something else, something touching, heart breaking and still full of humor. If I need to explain it with one word, it was poetic in each and every moment.
Life of 3 poets. One very well known and experienced and two young and talented. A friendship that is bond with life and death. It should be really hard to capture it all but Yilmaz Erdogan did a great job as a director and actor. Two young poets, Kivanc Tatlitug and Mert Firat just makes you feel each and every moment of their life, their pain and their happiness so perfectly.
I plan to see it again at the theater and keep telling the people that it deserves a chance at the film festivals around the world.
