I was only 10 when this movie was released. The practical effects, makeup and costumes are stunning. If you are into movies, this needs to be on your list.

Now for the bad part. The plot is horrible. It doesn't make any sense. When she touches the Unicorn everything goes to hell?

Anywho, the music is also fantastic. Tangerine Dream? Yes please.

Everyone should watch this movie. 7/10 though from me.

Let me preface this by saying I never write reviews. I am now writing after my 3rd play-through of this amazing movie!

The suspense is non-stop and I mean non-stop. You know that feeling in your gut right before you start a roller-coaster ride? You feel that through this entire movie.

Gripping movie man. Must watch!

I fell asleep for the first 30 minutes of this film. It is a film that is great for kids. A re-imaging of Jack and the Beanstalk. However; Jack is not the hero here. Nor is Jack a slayer.....When this movie should have ended, it should have done just that....

The 3D is impressive....

Special Effects are up to par.

Ewan McGregor does his best. But he really is the slayer.

Otherwise you have "Jack" that is saving the princess....

Funny fact: I have a bad feeling about this.....
