First Snow of Summer (2023)

Maybe fake snow, but real love

First snow of summer could have followed suit to many movies in the same romance drama genere, in which we suffer as the main charcter's condition is worse daily!

The film didn't do that, yet the creators managed to give you a real glimpse of how the Caro, the main female lead charcter felt along her journey, with Alexander the person she loved and how they managed to pass the days by. It doesn't tell you something crazy happens when people love each other, but it's how a person existence can ease some of the pain we face in our lives.

Existence matters and being there for the ones we love always matters, and it always makes difference. I really enjoyed this movie and the acting was superb, no exaggerating, no fake tears.. each person felt the charchters and did his best to show it on screen.

A pleasent to watch with your loved ones.

The Last Round (2024– )

The Perfect Round

Ahmed Elsakka made a great TV-Series .. his acting is beyound great, Asmaa Abu-Yazid, Ashraf Abdelbaki and Ali Sobhi.. all aced their parts and retunred wth an original story of a on old boxer, trying to fullfill his life dream after losing everything he aspired to be.

The stories mix-up together with drama of an abusive father, a puzzled ex-wife and an angry daughter.

I'm happy to be the first reviewing this TV-Series, and i'm sure it will make huge success, i'm so far at episode 5, and the story can't get better.

Soundtrack, cinematography, locations and the dialgoues are made with huge effort.

It's a real struggle that should've been aired so many years ago. I'm glad to be watching this series, and so happy for Ahmed elsakka's performance.. he masterd what a lost father could feel like. He's also facing so many mental demons. He's portrayed all that in his role. Also a great shout out to Ahmed Fahmy in his appearance who really made an impression.

Ramy (2019– )

From comedy to god and tears

First, this review is from an Arab Muslim because a lot of the negative reviews highlight that they are Arab Muslims. After finishing season 2 of Ramy, I was left with a lot and a lot of questions that needed an answer. answers not from the series or the creators, but from myself. and only me.

Ramy wasn't just a great story during those two seasons. it was a real journey on it we discover how people feel and think and present themselves to the world and the inner state of mind.

each time I thought to myself, "this person needs an episode for him so we can get to know more of the background of him", the series flies by a story that is emotionally captivating and irreversibly makes all the characters very important with their role in the plot.

it taught me things I have never thought of before. for the real people like "Ramy Hassan" out there, I hope they find their way. to pause their life for some time and re-think about the things they do and want.

there is not a single actor who hasn't been AMAZING in this show. I want to thank every single person who helped in creating this work of art and human narration to self and to others.

To be in love with yourself .. Literally!

I just finished watching it .. i kinda feel like weird! it is funny , So funny! it's sad and tragedic , with some beautiful visuals you have NEVER seen like any before! i must say it was a very beautiful journey i had within almost 2 hours that i really hoped it will last for more! The Director of this Japanese anime movie , has made also some very great movies before , including : 5 Centiemeters per second , and The garden of words .. they were all so lovely and great , but this time he made an amazing journey to all of us.. i really i can watch all over again , with the people i love and i must say i almost felt like crying from happiness and from sadness in the same time.. it's full of surprises , yet you know there is always more beautiful words to told .. the music and the soundtrack is really AMAZING! yea some very extraordinary words and lyrics are in the songs .. iam so speechless by now! i just wanted to say thanks for all the people who could bring this into screen for everyone to see! thank you all :) from all of my heart :) Arigato :')
