The Family Man (2019– )

The Family Man is actually not a family drama

The family man is actually not a family show as we cannot see people getting slaughtered, abused or raped with family. The web series tells the gripping story inspired by daily events happening around our world and the script has been specifically tailored for the viewers who admires stories that makes their hearts pounding. The well-written script manages to justify two different stories of two different persons with completely different goals and how an ordinary man who's job is not so ordinary could balance his personal and professional life when he's always surrounded with brutal terrorists and criminals. The excellent performance of the lead stars beautifies the drama and concludes their character accurately. The ample amount of twist and turns in the story have dramatized the series on next level. In past few years Manoj Vajpayee has emerged as a superstar in the industry and known for his versatile roles. He did justice to all his roles so this role. The story would have earned more viewers if it could have broadcast on national television. By the way, the creators have used all their resources in the right place. The background score actually gave me goosebumps at many times. Despite being a fully violent series with lots of bloodshed and violence, it never let me fast-forward or close the window. There should be a censored version of the series so families could also watch the series.

The films puts a light on Manmohan Singh's political journey as PM of India. Most of the incidents that impacted the Indian democracy are high lighted in the movie. If we talk about the casting and dialogues then I would be giving a rating of 5 out of 5. If we talk about Acting then 4.7 out of 5. If we talk about reality then God knows. The story does not characterize Sonia Gandhi's image in negative but tries to present Singh's positive attitude which was always hidden to the nation. The movie is a complete package for an agenda against UPA goverment in upcoming general elections but I hardly think that BJP or any other political party would ever get any benefit from it. In no way, the film has presented the Congress rivals in positive way but it focuses about how one party has ruled the country for years keeping the government and agencies under their control. The film manages to be unbiased towards political parties. Anupam Kher and Akshaye Khanna's performance nailed it as well as other casts had tried their best to give feel of actual characters.

Now coming to the film characteristics, the background score is really awesome and puts life into the sequences. the screenplay is great, dialogues and script is awesome which will never let you feel any boredom. Actor's performance is simply awesome even though some characters were not experienced.

Overall, it is a must watch movie. You cannot call it as documentary since the movie only covers his PM journey.

Being optimistic to the Salman Khan's movies leads to utter disappointment, so this film. I had some better expectations from this movie as it had huge budget and it was based on true events. But, all my expectations were flushed into the gutter when I saw ISIS militants are letting Indian nurses to worship their God. They are smoking and the leader of the group is welcoming Indian labors to be their guests. Even the facts are heavily altered for dramatic purposes and killed the logic as well. Hundreds of militants are firing at a person but not even a single bullet is touching him but his each bullet is killing one militant at a time. Nevertheless, I would give 5/10 for acting, 8/10 for music, 7/10 for casting and costumes, 2/10 for story and 1/10 for drama.

Black Friday (2004)

Reality, Direction, Acting, Drama at its best

Black Friday is a film that must be seen by everyone. It's a complete documentary type movie with no entertainment but infotainment. Anurag Kashyap's direction and the performance of the cast are completely outstanding. It looks like they have captured the real moments of the conspiracy and added those videos in the movie. Such film can only be made by a brave heart person. But still, I am a bit disappointed with the film. Director has depicted that only Muslims were targeted during the riots. They have shown that only Muslims people suffered during the riots but Hindus.

Lights Out (II) (2016)

Utter Disappointment!!!

James Wan is one of my favorite filmmakers. All of his movies gave me goosebumps while watching them. After watching Conjuring 2, I had a lot of expectations with his new flick Lights Out. Despite the fact, he was just a producer of this movie I was expecting it scary and creepy. But all my expectations were flushed into the gutter after watching this 1 Hour 11 mins bogus drama. The film was completely predictable from the beginning to its end. There are no other extra horror material in the movie than we saw in its trailers. Watching this movie is same as watching an hour long horror drama series on TV. The plot was incomplete in many ways and there were no relations between the sequences in the film. The only good part in the movie was out-standing acting of the cast and the background score. This film could be better if it had any flashback sequence of the story. Nevertheless I would rate it 5 because of excellent performance of the cast and background music.

Gandhi (1982)

A modern biographic flick on Mahatma Gandhi

Robert Attenborough did a fabulous job by creating such a movie for us. Gandhi movie has splendid script with proper direction. As the movie based o the real events of British Raj in India the movie has succeeded to provide the actual drama and consequences of British democracy against Indian public. If you want to know what was really happened during the British rule? then I would suggest you this movie, not because of being based on Gandhi but the best standards of its content. This movie may not motivate you but yes it will definitely coerce you to think about the consequences of Indians during the British empire. The director has taken more than 18 years to make story by taking interview of many actual British officers and close ones of Gandhi Ji. He reassembled the story by merging all the facts of Indian independence and produced the final story with his extra-ordinary direction.

Shirdi Sai Baba (2001)

An excellent flick on Shri Sai Baba

I am very surprised over it's rating on IMDb. This movie is well made with a lot of devotion to the Shri Sai Baba. If you're a follower then you must see this film. The stories in this film is realistic and filmed very nicely. According to me, the film has good actors according to the characters and direction is excellent. The film contains the real accounts of Shri Sai Baba's life and also includes the realistic stories of their followers. I am also a devotee of Shri Sai Baba and I found this movie very much interesting. The movie script is well written and the actors also performed well. If you're looking for a good documentary on Shri Sai Baba then I would suggest you this flick.

Kabul Express (2006)

One of the best film ever made on Taliban and Afghanistan

If you want to know about Afghanistan and Taliban then you must watch this film. This film has approximately everything about Afghanistan. If you see this film you'll feel like you're there in Afghanistan. The acting and story is great with well written script. All the facts about Taliban in Afghanistan are well pictured. The best thing is that film was shot in Afghanistan. The direction of the movie is same as any Hollywood movie direction. Yash Raj's Kabir Khan have showed his direction skills in this movie. This movie must be released in Afghanistan also. I just missed one thing in this movie and that is American force inclusion and Afghan people's views about NATO forces. It's a worth watching movie.

Vacancy (2007)

85 minutes of high level Thriller and Suspense

It's a totally Value for money movie. I saw this movie alone and I found this movie a complete thriller. It's a low budget movie but it gives you the entertainment of high budget movie. It's the first movie in which I seen Kate Beckinsale playing a common woman role otherwise I always saw her with super powers. But I think movie could be more fantastic if they add some mystery into it. There must be a reason behind all those killings. I hope the reason will be revealed in the sequel but it's a worth watching. The thing I missed in this movie that director must add some hot scenes of Kate I mean Kate should be shown in bra and panties or must take off her top for a while, this may increase our interest. By the way it was worth watching.

24: India (I) (2013–2016)

1 Hour of thriller which lefts it's effect for 24 hours.

Indian edition of 24 series makes my day more thrilling. This high budget thrilling series will earn double of it's total invest so there is not doubt that Anil Kapoor is more smarter than Mr. specialist Amir Khan. The Hollywood style filming of this series is an example of next generation Indian television cinematography. Such kind of television shows will improve Indian television as well as Indian cinema. The best element of the show is it's background score which increases it's thriller. I would recommend this show to everyone who like Action and mystery cinemas and shows. I hope other Indian directors will learn something from this show and will make better movies than before

Shri Krishna (1993–1997)

Excellent show on Lord Shri Krishna Ji

Ramanand Sagar's Shri Krishna is also excellent show as Sampoorna Ramayanaa. The story and script is written very well. It's an excellent digital presentation of Lord Shri Krishna's life. This show will lead our youth and help to decrease hate, Violence, Envy from our society. Lord Shri Krishna wrote the holy book of Hindu religion "Geeta" and the words and stanza's will keep this world happy and wealthy. All are advised to watch this excellent show. It was great production of Shri Ramanand Sagar Ji. Thanks to him to bring this great show on TV. The background music of the show will make you more devotional and will make you more curious to listen this music again and again. Happy Watching :-)

Bhoot Returns (2012)

Another low budget movie from RGV... Just like old food in a new plate

I considered RGV as master director of crime movies but his direction in horror films is very disappointing except in Darna Mana hai and Darna Zaroori Hai. I have seen many of RGV's films and I liked most of them. RGV has capability to make better movies in low budget but his formula doesn't work in all type of movies. For example - Bhoot Returns. The Story of this film is like the story of any 1 hour television horror show. I am totally disappointed with the movie and it also left a question in my mind. What the hell was RGV thinking while making this movie? By The way do not waste your money for it's DVD, you can watch this film during it's telecast on the TV.

A Great show on Real Events

Ramanand sagar's Sampoorna Ramayana is the best show on Ramayana ever. I liked this show a lot. It has the best presentation of Bhagwan Shri Ramchandra Ji. If you love devotion then you must watch this show. This show must broadcast worldwide with regional languages. The Bhajans in the show increases devotion. This show was made in 80's but the animation and visual effects looks realistic. The acting is superb and script too. The show left an impact on our society. Ramanand Sagar tried his best to bring best presentation of Shri Valmiki's Ramayana. Everyone must buy the DVD of this show if he likes show's on real events. It is world's most viewed show.

Aakrosh (2010)

An excellent exposure of a serious matter

Aakrosh is one of my favorite movies of all time. The direction and acting is out standing. Song's lyrics and music is out standing. Excellent action, Great Script, good dialogue delivery It contains some offensive words against lower cast too but it was a necessary thing because the story is about Indian Cast system. The background music of the film is great, the acting of the supporting actors is also mind blowing. Some scene will make you angry and some make you sad. The concept of the film is not suitable for some audiences because of few dialogue that contains vulgar meanings and some scenes contains so blood shed. Everyone should watch this film.

LOC: Kargil (2003)

J P Dutta's biggest lapse

I love J P Dutta's Border because of it's Excellent script, dialogue delivery, Story, Action, Drama etc. but I am too disappointed with his next war film ""LOC Kargil". It's total waste of time and money. You will feel sleepy while watching it because of following reasons :-

1. So lengthy movie. 2. Lengthy and boring songs. 3. Bad dialogue delivery. 4. So many characters, you will have problems in memorizing their names and the their battalion names. 5. Humiliating drama(total unwanted). 6. So many dialogues. 7. Worst action. You can see firing and bombing whole time.

But still you wanna watch it so watch it during it's telecast on TV.

Junoon (1992)

One of India's best horror movies ever made

It is one of my favorite Horror movies of all time. It was inspired by a Hollywood movie "An American werewolf in London" but the writer of this film added extra thriller and horror and made the story better than the original one. The music of the movie is excellent and the background scene during beginning credits is awesome. I saw this movie when I was just 6-7 years old and then I suffered from insomnia because I thought that I will be transformed into a tiger too in midnight. ha ha. The story is about a college student named Vikram who went for hunting along with his friend Varun in full moon night and got attacked by a cursed tiger and then Vikram became cursed because he killed the beast and transformed into the same in next full moon night.
