Rise of the Legend (2018)

Inspiring, unforgettable story of determination against all odds!

Amazing, unforgettable story. A great inspirational story for badminton players that nothing can come between you and your dream to become the number one in the world. He was descriminated for being short, laughed at for being underprivilege, having an unsupportive father, low self confidence, etc. How he overcome them all is what makes him a hero and the best badminton player in the world.

The Gifted (I) (2017–2019)

Loving it!

I'm usually hesitant to watch new TV shows these days as they mostly disappoint me. I am very critical on quality of acting and the plot or the story itself. I'm hooked alright!. Although it is more like the X-men series, it's surprisingly captivating. It emphasized the importance of family and value of human lives. The acting is excellent; the plot is unpredictable. The CGI can be improved, but it's far better than standard TV shows. It's an action show but not too violent. It's a great show to watch for the entire family.

The Last Princess (2016)

Beautifully done

Excellent acting. Beautiful story like a love song that you want to listen again and again. A true story that could have been forgotten had it not for this movie, musical plays and documentaries in honor for the Last Princess of Korea. It's a story of love, despair, loyalty and betrayal. Be prepared to cry as you experience the painful life of a beautiful forgotten Princess.

Into the Badlands (2015–2019)

Awesome show!

I love this show. The story is different and unpredictable unlike other cliché TV shows out there. The martial arts parts of it is so authentic. Most of the characters has good fighting skills but "Sunny" and the the "Widow" is superb in this area. The fighting sequences are fast and no obvious cuts. It's beautiful to watch. The story has good plot. I am looking forward to watch it every week.

Big Little Lies (2017–2019)

It's a good drama that many moms can relate to. Great acting. Great story. Characters are living in a society of pretenses and charisma. I kind a like the story but the problem is too much profanity to the point you get lost in the dialogue of profanity. Too many hard core x-rated scenes that are unnecessary to prove it's point. This could be a good story or show to watch with group of moms if it's not for the extreme profanity and pornography.

Fathers & Daughters (2015)

Love is greatest gift of all

Three days have passed, I am still crying. The story is one of those that just live with you forever. Russel Crow proved once again that he is the best of the best. Amanda is as always great. A deep profound love between father and daughter that carries her through out her life. The love that she cannot live without. Love that she cannot ever let go. Love that gives her strength to go on and that same love drags her down the void.

Kubo and the Two Strings (2016)

Asian movie, voiced by American actors ruined the beautiful story and graphics!

Great graphic, good plot and beautiful story. The part I hate about, is the same with many other Asian stories/movies - The Voice actors are Pure Americans! For crap sake it's Asian movie. I understand it's made to be released in the U.S. But they can at least used Asian actors who speaks English but obviously a little touch of Japanese accent to it! How hard could that be. So many talented Asian actors who can speak English clearly, clear enough to understand. Most Asian actors are bilingual. If insisting on hiring American actors, then please have them learn on how Japanese speaks. They've got to learn the language, the tone, the accent while speaking in English. Otherwise, you have an Asian looking family but speaks perfect American language. It does not coincide with the physical feature of the story. A Japanese family doesn't sound Americans. It's never been and never will. A little respect for Japanese culture goes a long way folks!
