The Magic Pill (2017)
You have to find the right for a YOU! Thank you so much for the makers of this documentry
This was the documentry that started a change in lifestyle. I had been ill for years, my son had had lots of allergies and various things, we went paleo during lock down adopting many of these principles. No grains no dairy, we were the healthiest wed ever been. When returning to our regular diet after lockdown all our health problems came flying back.
Ive since watched others, But this was where it started, adopting the diet has been imstrumental in putting my son (Ulcerative Colitis) and me (hypothyroid) into remission and keeping us there. I return to this documentary frequently for motivation.

The Queen's Gambit (2020)
Wow Amazing !
Tall about edge of my seat !
Really really good, felt like it should have been a true story, the buildup was incredible!
Definately recommend!
Living Proof (2017)
What an inspiration
I can only vouch for myself, my brother has MS, he's getting worse and worse, you cannot talk to him or the rest of my family about diet they laugh in your face, unfortunately auto immune diseases run in my family, I myself have rheumatoid arthritis, since following this diet I've gone from needing my son to help me out of bed in the morning being crunched up in pain to pretty normal, my inflammation is going down every day.
For those of you with either autoimmune diseases or specifically MS, please don't dismiss this as guff, please try it, what do you have to lose, it's just eating differently, try it and see.
Having RA I can't have nightshades vegetables, this is quite typical for arthritis sufferers though.
Good luck everyone and thank you to the makers of this movie
Foods That Cure Disease (2018)
Some interesting information, very biased, use your loaf
There was some great information and recipes, I wish the guy had offered more of an argument, it was incredibly one sided, the whole meat and animal products are bad for you, using the states vsJapan isnt really fair.
I'd like to have heard their opinion on why countries like Iceland who consume lots of diary and fish and one of the healthiest diets in the world, and dont eskimos eat nearly all animal fat? What about them, how do they do it? I've lived with people from Portugal who literally pour olive oil on their veg and they are healthy as horses and are living till their 90s
Couldn't the people who suddenly went plant based heath increases be due to cutting out processed food and refined sugary crap?
As long as half your plate is veggies salad or fruit and I cut out the crap I dont think they'll be a problem, fingers crossed !
Elementary: Their Last Bow (2019)
Drummed up in one sentence..
"As long as we're together what does it matter?"
Through it all friends forever, thank you Elementary for ending on this line.
Hooten & the Lady (2016)
Why all the negative reviews?!? It's hilarious!
I love this series so far it's hilarious! It's highly entertaining! A bit like watching die hard, you know it's not realistic but you love it anyway :)
It's pretty dry sense of humor and has had me in stitches a number of times so far.
It kind of reminds me of the guys from the Mummy, the leading guy comes across as a bit of a money grabbing dick but is actually a bit of a softy. The leading lady seems like an extremely boring book worm but actually has lots of ooompf. I much prefer these two though they have great banter.
I have no doubt it'll be canceled, it looks expensive to make and which is such a shame, so I'm going to enjoy every last minute whilst I can !
