Last name: w001...(heehee)

Current Res.: NE Ohio, the Davecave.
Love: My amazing GF Leah. Coming home after a hard night at work, opening a beer and checking out the forums on IMDB. Pretty much any horror movie from pretty much any decade, oh the other genres are ok too! Springtime, I am a hopeless romantic. My kind and generous parents, everyone should be so lucky! And, above all, my three Beautiful children. That awesome time when the sun is just coming up and the world seems to wait. The smell of Honeysuckle. Tax Return time, woo-hoo! I just bought 30 new dvds!
Hate: "Love:" sections of bios that sound like acceptance speeches at the Oscars. Sorry, I just didn't know what else to write up there! I also hate mice (long story), papercuts (longer story), and people who call my Subaru Jap scrap (but I love the look on their faces when the turbo kicks in and they are left wondering what happened to their big bad 8 cylinder!). I hate waking up to that big drool-spot on the pillow, dwarven carnies who scratch themselves in public, three toed tree sloths, and any film with ernest in the title.

Malevolence (2003)
Bit the big one
Totally derivative. Nothing original here. No story, no suspense, no gore, no thrills, no chills. This is my first review here and I felt it fitting to use it to warn others off from this film. It's not a terrible film, it's just one that has been done better a thousand times. The best part is watching and naming what movie each scene was ripped off from. The beginning, think Dusk to Dawn, with bad acting and totally unlikable and obnoxious characters goes on forever. Most of the remaining film is a blatant TCM rip-off, think remote location, abandoned buildings. The dialog at the end between the local police and the FBI is laughable at best. Troll 2 had better dialog than this crap. Oh, yeah, be prepared for a ride all right, a ride in your oldest sisters broken down VW van, uphill all the way with the air conditioner on and the windows wide open.
