If you open your mind for just a few minutes and give this book a chance, you'll realize you've been lied to. Don't take this information without questioning it, do some research. Stop and think about it, try to debunk it. Try to debunk it without using the government's information. Pictures from space? Moon landing? If you can debunk this book, come back here and share what you found, convince me that this book is wrong. You might change my mind, you have to open your mind first. Just a word of caution, there is a movement out there that tells everyone that only crazy people think the world is flat. You'll come across a lot of information that purposefully tries to mislead you, be aware that misinformation is a form of control.

I wasted a bunch of time on this movie. Plane crash was good, survival part was ok, the movie sucked. Do yourself a favor and don't make the same mistake I did.

Unless you enjoy watching a child get beaten, burnt and sexually abused, then this movie is not for you. Even worse, knowing this was based on a true story should be enough for you not to watch is movie.

Overall this movie Is worth watching during Halloween. It's not the greatest movie ever, but it does get you into the Halloween spirit. I rated this movie five stars because of the cheese factor, but worth a watch.

Great Movie that Went No Where

This movie had me on the edge of my seat. The physiological aspect was off the chart, I would label this movie "intelligent and engaging". I rated this movie 5 out of 10 because the entire movie built the story that went no where. The main storyline was built off someone making a bad choice. When forced to make a decision, the wrong decision was always made. The movie ended pretty much where it began. I recommend saving your time and not watching this movie. You have been warned.

Book vs Movie

I found the book to be a highly detailed version of the story. The movie is more of a summary of the story. If you like the movie, which I did, then I suggest you read the book.

I highly recommend this book/movie to any Stephen King fan. I liked this story over the shining original movie. Maybe I'll read that book next.

Those Who Wish Me Dead (2021)

When there is nothing else on....

I had the slightest bit of hope for this movie. The movie trailer was under 3 minutes, in that time, we saw a big named star, firefighters, assassins, explosions and car crashes. Well, the trailer showed the only good parts of the movie.

This movie was 1 hour and 40 minutes long, in that time Angelina Jolie pretended to be a firefighter and other "actors" stumble around "acting" like they're "acting". The guy from Dawn of the Dead and Shane from Walking Dead added to the movie but it was too little too late.

I understand these "Pandemic era movies" and we shouldn't expect too much from them. Honestly, I recommending saving your 100 minutes and watch some paint dry instead of this "movie". Good luck, you've been warned.

No Escape Room (2018 TV Movie)

No Escape from this Movie

The movie "No Escape" currently on Netflix, caught my attention, so I decided to give it a watch. The premise of the movie is a father/daughter bonding experience takes a bad turn when their car breaks down. This causes a change in plans, resulting in a full day in a small town with nothing to do. That is until they discover an escape room. Escape room in a creepy small town, what could go wrong? From there, the basic concept is the escape room traps them with no way to escape, thus the clever title was sprouted "No Escape Room". If only a quarter of that thought was put into the 2nd, 3rd and 4th acts, this would have been an excellent made for TV movie.

I was excited when I found this movie on Netflix, I liked the concept and watched it from beginning to end. If I could rate the acts separately, I would give the first act a 9 out of 10. Acts 2-4, I would rate zero. This movie did make me feel like I was actually trapped in an escape room with no way to leave. Honestly, I will be asking Netflix to refund the cost of the movie from my monthly subscription. This movie would have been perfect for YouTube video categorized under "Movie Fails". I could be optimistic and tell you to give this movie a chance, but I'm afraid you would find me and make me watch it again.

The Boondock Saints (1999)

Overall a Good Movie

Not knowing anything about this movie before watching it, I found myself caught up In the story and characters.

If you like gunfights, good guys vs bad guys this is the movie for you. If you're looking for something to watch, I recommend Boodock Saints. It's well worth the watch.

Lucifer (2016–2021)

Perfect Police Drama with Devilish Humor

Once I started watching Lucifer I expected the typical Ingredients of a normal police crime drama TV series. The show has a good storyline with interesting murder cases worked on during the show. Attractive people are everywhere on the show. I'm not sure which division of the Los Angeles Police Department this show represents, but it's full of beautiful people. Detectives, cops, criminals, district attorneys, everyone is either a runway or underwear model.

In addition to the typical crime drama ingredients, we add the devil. Just listen to me for a second, the devil works with the police to solve murder cases. The devil is a playboy, sarcastic, humorous club owner with superhuman strength.

In my opinion, the mix of a good storyline, attractive actors, humor, sexual references and having the devil as a partner on murder cases, is the mix for a great show. I recommend you watch the first couple of episodes, to see if this show is something you'll enjoy. My guess is that you'll end up binging the entire series.

Think of Tom Cruise as a secret agent (as usual) fighting bad guys (as usual) and a lot of action (as usual). What sets this movie apart from the typical Tom Cruise movie is the humor. One if the funniest movies out there. It was refreshing to see the typical Tom Cruise movie turn into a comedy. I highly recommend this movie, it's one of my top 10 movies off all time.

Surprisingly enough, this movie has a good story, excellent Cinematography and lighting, I particularly enjoyed the various uses of color and filters used throughout the movie. I spent most of the movie trying to figure out how Daniel Craig and Harrison Ford signed up for this movie, but I'm glad they did. If you give this a chance, without any preconceived notions, I believe you'll enjoy this movie.

I had my reservations about this movie when I decided to watch it, but quickly learned to love it. I agree this isn't one of the more mainstream holiday movies, but this story will warm your holiday heart. I agree there are flaws in the continuity, lighting, cinematography, Klieg light effect, special effects, framing, rack focusing, establishing shot, story line and lack of character definition, beyond all that, it's a wonderful movie.

This American horror film directed by Nimrod Antal and starring Owen Wilson's brother and Kate Beckinsale, best known for her role as young Alice Mair from the TV Mini-Series called Devices and Desires. They stay at a 1 Star motel on the highway to nowhere. No room service or turn down service tops the night the two will never forget. Truly one of my favorite travel movies..

The Rookie (2018– )

Solid TV Police Drama

Over all a good TV police series. I like the cast and writing that shows the perspective from a 40 something rookie (Nathan Fillion). The rookie policeman has the wisdom of real life experiences that add to the job. I would recommend this TV friendly police drama.

Warning Spoilers: If you wanted a horror/medical porn/blood fest, then this movie is not for you. The start of this movie sets the stage for seamless sequel to the first masterpiece 'Human Centipede'. Unfortunately, moments into the first act, we experience bad lighting, poor camera angles and unnecessary shadows that overtake the look and feel of movie. The cinematographer on this film should have been last in the Centipede chain. His lack of skill and talent Centipe-ded this movie down the drain. Maybe I'm wrong and it was all a dream.

It's taken some time for me to watch this movie. I skipped past this movie multiple times thinking it was a typical movie. I was pleasantly surprised with the story and action of this film. I will say the blood and gore found in this movie was excessive, which I think added to the movie.

The Hospital (2013)

Oh my god, that was disturbing!

I can honestly say that this movie is one that will stay with you for a long time. It's like a dream which evolves into a nightmare. With this being said, The Hospital leaves its mark on you, with its sex, horror, gore and even comedy. I remember my first thought after watching The Hospital was "Oh my god, that was disturbing". Which was my same reaction I had from watching the Saw movies. Yes, I watched The Hospital again. I have even used quotes and screen references from the movie. I came to enjoy the characters in this movie. Jason Crowe portrayal of Jack was really good, I honestly enjoyed his character. I liked Skye's character and her realism and strength throughout the movie. There are others that made this film a success, John Dugan, Daniel Emery Taylor, Christina Schimmel and Jim O'Rear among others. Is this movie the greatest movie of all time, no, by a long shot, but this movie tells a story and has character, which makes you overlook the flaws of poor lighting and CGI, it's simply more than that. I actually want to see more, like a Webisode or prequel - I want to know more about these people and how they got there. My last comment is this, my favorite seen was the one with Roni Jonah. If you don't know what I'm talking about, then watch the movie.
