I Care a Lot (2020)
Not a comedy and depraved
Some shows when over, you are just disgusted with what the story was about, regretting have watched it. This is one such film.
The Midnight Gospel: Hunters Without a Home (2020)
Every episode is presenting a topic...
Understandably this episode can be very disturbing to those who are not completely familiar with the topics in this episode. from religious perspectives, this could even be offensive, frightening, or even blasphemous. More importantly, every episode has presented a topic. Granted, the ones being interviewed have a bias towards their topic, but that's precisely why they were selected. It wouldn't make sense to have an episode of a topic from somebody who is adamantly against the content of that topic. Wow I and familiar with several subtopics within this episode, and quit studying some of them because I found them to be disturbing, I did find this episode to be very interesting. I liked how they pulled them all together. I didn't agree with what the individual being interviewed said, but it was no less interesting because I think they do represent accurately the topic they're discussing. I also did not feel like it was proselytizing, recruiting, or selling,. There are a few things said that are anti or derogatory towards what the one being interviewed is talking about, but not in an offensive way unless you are thin skinned. Watch the episode, get from it what you can, and realize that once The episode is over, you don't have to run to the shower and wash filth off of you. It's just a an interesting way to discuss a controversial or complex, or other type topic, with the distraction of sometimes very funny cartoons.
Community (2009)
Loved season one, two is fun too!
Delighted with new addito season two! Kind of shallow humor, but some great lines.
The Night Runner (2019)
Horrible acting
The music background sounded like some junk from the 80s. Actng is flat, 2 dimensional, predictable, boring. Story like a high school project.
Dark/Web (2019)
Horrible Acting
Individual sub stories are good / intresting, but the acting is too horrible. Like hearing a great audiobook read by a horrible voice talent.
Undone (2019)
Witty, real, genuine, intriguing.
Refreshing to watch a show that isn't pandering but just portraying lives that are real, well written, witty, provoking.
American Anarchist (2016)
Fascinating, but dreadful directing and interviewing.
The William Powell was introspective, remorseful in his own words, the director and narrator of this documentary was petty, disrespectful, and lacked any deep thought about his choice of words or questions. Anyone with decent interviewing skills could have made this documentary truly a landmark. Unfortunately Powell past less than a year after this documentary was being made.
Hello, Privilege. It's Me, Chelsea (2019)
Ignorant
What an uninformed, self-loathing, divisive and pathetic pandering.
Continuum (2012)
Improvers with each season.
I'm on season 3, and action and acting continues to improve.
One Mississippi (2015)
Loved it but then
Made it all the way through season one giving it an 8 star. Season two, instead of including political characters (that were completely different than mine in season one) are now just mocked. Shame, I enjoy differences and her great humor, but now it's thick with politics.
Bosch (2014)
Season 5 As Good as Season 1
I'm always expecting TV series to decrease in quality from season to season. Have been very pleased that Bosch has maintained what I consider its 8 star rating every season. Already looking forward to season 6.
Magic for Humans (2018)
Carbonero Effect
Camera effects, but fun ideas. Maybe the second show would be better.
Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice (2016)
Fantastic Effects, Dreadfully Long, Embarrassing Moments
For starters, why would they ever portray our heroes as bad guys? They been drinking the PC CoolAide?
Dreadfully long.
Spectacular special effects with professionally choreographed fight scenes.
Cool weapons as always.
What a pathetic transition when Batman asked "why did you use that name?" and instantly they were on the same side again?
Who picked the actress for Lois Lane? Ack!
They could have gotten better acting out of the Aflac Goose!
