Brahmastra Part One: Shiva (2022)
Disappointment of the DECADE
This was movie was borderline vomit inducing, there's no way someone made this movie and Karan Johar thought "it's a great movie".
This movie shows exactly why Bollywood is being abandoned by even the most loyal followers, no one can make it this bad without actual intentions to screw people. The only reason why the VFX was so good because they knew it will fail if they don't show something that has any value, sadly VFX is the only valuable aspect of this movie.
If you're going to watch this movie in theatres, my condolences to you in advance because you're about to get ripped off, by a wannabe director's pile of puke.
I do not recommend.

This movie feels like a movie made on international level yet feels absolutely indian. A movie that has the best of both indian cinema and international cinema. Nearly every actor shines in their respective role. Even Abhishek Bachchan feels good. Most people calling it HinduPhobic are just plain dumb. They want movies to be made in India but don't want them to show indian culture from any perspective. Watch it and judge. It's a 7 out 10 for me. But I'm giving it 10 as I don't feel we should undermine a great effort just because people think it's a nepo product or hindu phobic.
