Cerberus (2005)
Cerberus
I was very disappointed in this movie. I was expecting more in a movie based on one of Mythology's most feared creatures. Cerberus didn't even look real, the computer work was below average and the visual effects were awful. I was expecting so much more than what I saw, I mean, the camera work was horrible and the storyline wasn't all that great either. I was expecting to see the underworld and truly disturbing stuff. Instead we see Cerberus on Earth ripping a few people apart and they don't really show that much of him dismembering people, just a second or two. The only thing I must say that I liked about this movie is that there was a decapitation or two and blood squirting out of people, that was about all there was that was worth watching. I personally don't recommend that fans of Mythology watch this movie because you will most likely be disappointed like I was.
The Longest Yard (2005)
The Longest Yard
The Longest Yard, in my opinion was a very funny movie. It has a great cast such as Adam Sandler and Chris Rock. I hated how poorly the guards treated the convicts, I honestly don't think convicts deserve to be treated like that. I also feel as if Burt Reynalds shouldn't have been in this movie because he was the star in the first version of The Longest Yard. I thought it was cool how they had some of the WWE superstars such as Stone Cold Steve Austin, Kevin Nash and Goldberg. Also I liked how they had Nelly in this movie. With a cast like that, it makes for a good time and a hole bunch of laughs. Peter Segal did a great job directing and I think Albert Ruddy who planned the storyline did an awesome job at showing how prison can be.
The Exorcism of Emily Rose (2005)
The Exorcism Of Emily Rose
I think that they did a great job with this movie. The fact that it's a true story kept me interested. I liked how the special effects didn't make the movie seem all sketchy, it was really good. The way that the people's faces turned into demons looked real and natural, not all fake. I wounder around what year this all took place? Scott Derrickson did a fanominal job directing this movie, Jennifer Carpenter did an amazing job as Emily Rose and I don't think that anyone else could have done any better. Tim Wilkinson did a great job as Father Moore also, he made the plot so much more entertaining as did Laura Linney who played as Erin Bruner. The way Laura handled the case of Emily Rose was outstanding! Overall in anyone likes movies based on true stories, The Exorcism of Emily Rose is in my opinion a good choice.
