250 Stepenika (2017)
For true basketball lovers
In order to truly enjoy this documentary you have to be a lover of basketball and probably know at least some of the players, some of which became true NBA stars. However, the story is so wonderfully told with a ton of detail that anyone can enjoy it. The whole story, beginning a few years earlier when the players were still kids but already promising hoops prospects, is told by the players themselves and their coach, the legendary Svetislav "Kari" Pesic, one of the European great basketball masters. Although just a fraction or latter's success - both coach's and player's - the story hints at how much work is actually needed to be at the top of the world, even at such at such an early stage.

An absolute gem for all petrolheads
This is the first time I write a review for any movie, showing how much I did appreciate this documentary. It is excellent in portraying the era of Formula 1 in the 60s, 70s and early 80s, not from a technical, but rather from a human perspective.
It gives great insight into lives of former champions, some dead, some still alive, while at the same time narrating advances in both thinking and technology which enabled Formula 1 to become much safer nowadays.
I thoroughly enjoyed all the original footage, as well as the excellent soundtrack and editing which boost the atmosphere of the whole movie. Excellent job and a must see for any Formula 1 fan.
Banlieue 13 (2004)
Great entertainment
Luc Besson's factory is churning some really good pieces lately. B13 being one of them, it starts with a characteristic "Escape scene" which circulated the net as a separate clip. This is actually how I came to see this movie, as the scene is one of the best action scenes I've ever witnessed.
The story is not great and compelling, but the cinematography, the music (some might not like Euro-electronic-trash), action scenes and the actors make this movie very worth watching.
It doesn't matter if you're not into French films, or if saying "the story is not so great" might make you not want to see this movie. You will certainly not make a mistake by seeing it and I'm almost sure you will be pleasantly surprised - and entertained.
