There are worse specials out there.

I laughed some, but the end left me thinking, "Wow, wish I didn't spend my time watching that.".

I didn't know what to expect going in, but it eventually just becomes exactly as my title describes.

Apparently, in the past, he felt a lot of pressure to be and act a certain way, and he was sick of having to be so likable. But throughout the special, it's like that man wanted to alleviate that pressure through the most jarring overcorrection and personality remodel I've seen in the public spotlight.

Glad he doesn't feel the need to be likable anymore - because mission accomplished.

Hearing him prattle on endlessly about his drug days makes me pity anyone who ever did coke with him.

The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power (2022– )

Very expensive garbage. It's really bad.

It's just bad - really bad.

Bad writing. I don't have time to get into this.

Bad acting. I don't have time to get into this either.

Bad costume design. Some of the armor/clothing is the worst I've ever seen in any fantasy movie/show ever.

The music is used in this like a laugh track is used in sitcoms, to make sure their audience knows what to feel because their acting and writing won't do it.

There'll be moments where a character is barely doing something but the music will be BLASTING to just turn that EPICNESS all the way UP.

I could spend three hours telling you each and every completely justifiable reason (with examples) to cast this show into the fire, but it's not worth my time - it's just very bad.

Go watch the original trilogy.

The Predator (2018)

Not only the worst Predator movie, but one of the worst movies I have ever seen.

It's just a very bad movie.

The acting is horrible. Granted, I don't think the actors had much to work with - that being said, I am pretty sure Olivia Munn had one facial expression for the entirety of the movie. I can only describe her look/acting as the look you'd have after the teacher called on you in the middle of a day dream.

The plot is ridiculous and all over the place.

It relies on deus ex machina that is just nonsensical, cringey, goofy, and corny. I understand as the audience we need to suspend disbelief but this is demanding the audience suspend a functioning brain altogether.

It's a movie that has no idea what tone or theme it wants to have at any given time.

The CGI is jarring - it's overdone when it isn't being poorly done.

It's just so bad. It's bad from beginning to end and has you quietly begging for it's end throughout.

The Midnight Sky (2020)

Slow, boring, predictable, illogical and anti-climatic.

It is very slow.

I don't know how I finished it, but I did.

What little misdirection it offers is obvious.

Things that would kill a human being don't kill human beings in this movie.

The end is somewhat predictable, very anti-climactic, and leaves you with a bunch of unanswered questions that would have been far more interesting to explore than the plot of this movie.
