Incredible Show, Please Release more episodes

I've watched other foreign language series; however, this show captures all realms of one's attention & interest. Even my husband, who at first refused to watch a foreign language show, was sucked-in, as the captions are easily read without loosing the visual action.

The description of the show says there are 17 episodes; however, w Walter's Picks from Masterpiece, I have only seen 8. If someone knows how or where to see the other episodes, I would most definitely appreciate it.

It is my favorite show & I continue to watch it week after week. This series is that good.

Ms Fisher's Modern Murder Mysteries (2019–2021)

We love this show & hope Acorn renews many more seasons of it. The murders are unique, perpetrators not predictable & the chemistry between Peregrine & James is electric; hence, it does not need to follow the relationship theme of the original Miss Fisher; it can be a modern couple couple that investigate together, rather like Christie's "Partners in Crime". I hope to see this series continued for many seasons.

Poirot (1989–2013)

Suchet is the purest & most faithful Poirot ever depicted according to Christie's books. I would love to see some of the books in which Poirot features played by him. He is a fan favorite.

Great Shows in Season 3

Season 3 has been awesome & I certainly hope they continue the series. Perfect balance of mystery, comedy, drama & romantic. Although. I do like the character Toni's addition to the show. I wish Gemma would return.

The past 3 movies of Agatha Raison have been incredible , Season 3 is also a winner and just gets better as it finds it's footing. I hope & I believe it's now firmly planted as aa regular staple in which Acorn TV will continue more episodes in the Seasons to come.

Great Show, Great Actors

This show is a great addition to the Britbox lineup. It is smart, witty & keeps you guessing till the end. The main characters, Lu, Frank, Sebastian, along with his Landlord/Costumier Gloria make a dream team cast. I hope BritBox realizes what a hit they have & continue to renew this fresh show.

Where is the Refreshing Gemma?

This is one of my favorite shows; hence, I'm writing this review in order that the writers & producers will read my review & enact changes before it is too late.

Agatha's spunky cleaner Gemma, played as a rascally counterpoint by Katy Wix, is sorely missing in the recent episodes. Her refreshing camaraderie has been replaced by the reluctant, dowdy & lackluster Vicor's wife, Sara Bloxsby. It is evident that Sara would never dare accompany Agatha on a high-jinxing adventure. In any scene where Sarah has encountered the darker side of Agatha's adventures, her default pose is literally to stand aside, hands trembling, with a stare of a deer stuck in headlights.

Ashly Jensen as Agatha is resourceful & plays off well with her group of friends. Hopefully, Gemma is not gone for good; although, the addition of her niece is a positive addition to the cast, she should not replace Gemma by any means. The sleuthing housekeeper keeps the show real, centered & empowered by strong ingenious women.

Additionally, the latest episodes have demonstrated Agatha as a blundering, accident prone fashionista, a pantomime of screeching fodder for slapstick comedy. That is disrespectful & contradictory to the Agatha's character. She does not require constant rescuing. Please take heed & bring back the true Agatha Raison you introduced to us in the Pilot & Season 1.

Ashley Jensen is the perfect actress for this role, it's obvious she doesn't believe the character would behave in such a demeaning manner. I still rate this show as a 9 out of 10 due to the possibility it can return to the original core writing & actors.

Great show & I'm so happy it was renewed for another season. I hope it is continually renewed, as it is an excellent program. Mystery with Comedy & the result is a hit.
