Goa, 15 years ago: A very young Hyderabadi girl Nitya, on holiday with her parents, is rescued from the sea by a fisherman but her parents are drowned.
Hyderabad, the present day: Thanks to her lip-reading skills, Nitya(Priyanka Sharma), who works in a detective's office, manages to get a task as an investigator for Goa client JK(yogine veeru), who wants someone to secretly unearth the business records of a rival, who cheated him. The rival's name is Gowtham(Surya sreenivas), who runs Summer Holidays Beach Resort, in the area where Nitya almost drowned. Arriving in Goa, Nitya takes an instant dislike to Gowtham, who scams and swindles wealthy tourists with his fake buccaneering tales along with his assistant Chicken(Tarhun Sharma). Claiming her money was stolen at the harbour, Nitya offers to work for free for Summer Holidays resort. However, when wealthy bride-to-be Miss Rejina arrives from Bangalore and takes over the whole resort for her wedding to fiancé John, Gowtham moves Nitya into a tent on the beach. When Nitya sleepwalks one night into John's room, and is discovered by Miss Rejina, the latter threatens to cancel the marriage. Afraid of losing a major booking, Gowtham and Nitya separately convince the couple to make up and stay. Gradually, sparks of love fly between Nitya and Gowtham under the magical atmosphere of Summer Holidays Resort. And then Nitya comes to know that her client, JK is Gowtham's rival half-brother.
SUB STORY: (Basically JK and GOWTHAM come from a wealthy family and their father Late.KUNIYATH PREMDAS has set his sons (from different wives of course) a contest where each of them run a Beach resort for a 6 MONTHS, and the most profitable gets to head the KUNIYATH chain RESORTS.)
The splashy wedding goes ahead as planned. But when Gowtham finally discovers Nitya was hired by JK, their burgeoning romance seems to hit the rocks and the couple quarrel heatedly. However, when the crux came where the winner of the family contest was announced (Summer Holidays Resort comes up to be the most profitable), and JK tries to frame Gowtham with a video showing him apparently instructing Nitya to steal JK's files, Nitya steps up to reveal her painful secret - her hearing disability - to vouch for Gowtham's innocence. Nitya then leaves the Goa in tears, refusing to let Gowtham reach out to her again. But she turns to try to find him after reading his letter and personal journal where he poured out his feelings for her. It is touching how much Gowtham could get in tune with Nitya's inner fears and deep insecurities.
