Mountain Monsters: AIMS vs. The Rogue Team (2016)
Excellent
This is by far, the best show on TV. I'm getting to hate Buck more and more each week. He went from being the rookie of the team to almost taking over. Don't know why the other guys listen to him.
I wish Trapper would come back. Without him, they're clueless. If Trapper can't go out with the team on missions, he should be the manager of the team and add a new member to go out with them.
Mountain Monsters (2013)
Best Show On TV
I give these guys a lot of credit for going after all these monsters. I have come to believe that there's more monsters in West Virgina then people.
How come on all these other Bigfoot shows, they never found one. On Mountain Monsters, not only is Bigfoot stalking them, the team seen a bunch of Bigfoots and found a Bigfoot grave, all in one show.
One of my favorite episodes is the one when Wild Bill went on the investigation instead of building the traps. He's sees the monster they're hunting and takes off by himself leaving the team behind. The rest of the team is yelling at him to come back and he's yelling like like a mad man saying he's gonna get it.
All I know is, I'm never taking a vacation in West Virgina unless I have the AIMS team as my bodyguard.
Baby Snakes (1979)
More Zappa less clay
I'm not saying the claymation is bad, but after awhile it gave me a headache. In small dosages it's OK. Gumby was good cause it didn't look like he was on speed. This claymation moves too fast. After awhile you're begging it to stop.
Also, not my favorite Zappa band. After "One Size Fits All," the music went downhill. Too much 3rd grade humor. It got to the point where Zappa could put out anything and people would eat it up cause it done by Zappa. Done by anybody else and it would have been trashed. I guess it sells, and Zappa had to put out stuff like this to finance his more serious music.
Gypsy Vampire (2005)
There is nothing worst then this film.
First the good part. This movie looks like it was shot on video. It's crystal clear.
Now the bad. This is really bad. The acting (if you can call it that), the story, and the camera work are all beyond bad.
"Plan 9" is a masterpiece compared to this.
To make it even better, there's outtakes. How can anything this bad have outtakes. The entire movie looks like one bad outtake and you got the see the parts that didn't make it in the movie.
It gets a 9 out of 10 for it's badness. It's hard to make a movie this bad enjoyable.
Sherlock Holmes (1954)
Excellent Holmes.
My friend gave me the DVD set as a birthday gift. I never heard of Ronald Howard before this. I was always a Basil Rathbone fan.
I'm really enjoying Ronald Howard as Holmes. Holmes is the one that goes off the path and Dr. Watson has to bring him back.
While the Basile Rathbone are more modern. The Ronald Howard takes you back to the horse and buggy times.
This is more in line with the original books.
These episodes are like potato chips, I can watch five in a row with no problem.
This is one of the best gifts I ever got. Thanks Robin.
The Dark Knight (2008)
Truly Bad
One of the worst movies I ever seen. I didn't see it when it came out. I saw it on my 50 inch flat screen, hooked up to my stereo.
All my friends were telling me how good this movie was so I expected a lot.
Heath Leger was good cause everybody else was so bad. This was one of the most boring Batman ever. He spoke in that deep voice with no personally.
All the scenes were dark. It would have been nice if a little bit more of the movie was bright.
My main problem watching this was the sound. When they spoke, I had to turn to volume way up. Then when the special effects took place, I had to lower it. Then I had to turn it up again when they spoke.
