Charmed: Witchstock (2004)
Groovy!
After Phoebe and Paige have moved out of the manor to be with their respective boyfriends, Chris tries to get the Charmed Ones back together to vanquish a slime demon. Back at the manor, Paige and Phoebe discover that their belongings have been moved into the attic, and while searching for a change of clothes, Paige finds a pair of go-go boots. Once she tries them on, she's transported to the Summer of Love, where she meets the Charmed Ones' grandfather Allen, a younger Grams, and Leo! While Piper and Phoebe also transport themselves to the '60s to keep their sister from changing history, Leo, Chris, baby Wyatt, and Grams's ghost are left to deal with the slime demon, which feeds off magic.
Faerie Tale Theatre: The Boy Who Left Home to Find Out About the Shivers (1984)
Not bad for older kids
Even though I grew up renting "Faerie Tale Theatre", this is an episode I didn't see until I was quite a bit older. Basically, Peter MacNicol plays a young man unafraid of anything, which is amazing considering everyone in his village is very superstitious. So, like the title suggests, he leaves home to find out what it means to be fearful. He stops at an inn, where a king and his daughter are staying, since their castle is haunted. The king challenges Martin (MacNichol) to stay in the castle for three nights, and Martin agrees, hoping it'll do the trick. All I'll say is it has a surprising ending, which I won't spoil for anyone because that just wouldn't be any fun, now would it?
