Cars on the Road: Lights Out (2022)
Not for younger kids
This episode gave my 2 year old nightmares and we didn't even watch the whole thing. It's a spoof off of the movie The Shining by Steven King and is just overall not appropriate for young kids. There's a part we're the twins turn evil looking and chase McQueen down a narrow hallway. We turned it off after that.
So disappointing because he absolutely loves Cars so I was so excited to see this come out. But most of the episodes are too frightening especially this one.
This is definitely a lesson for me to screen shows before I let my kids watch them even if the have a "G" rating.
Older kids might like it but I would definitely use caution for younger kids.

Not for Littles
WTF Disney? Are you trying to give kids nightmares? The episode Lights Out is not little kid friendly. So disappointing because my 2 year old absolutely loves Cars so I was so excited for this new show. However we couldn't even finish the second episode because he was getting too scared and he's been having bad dreams these past few nights.
I ended up watching the rest without him to see which ones were age appropriate and less then half of them were.
I give it a five because the episodes he can watch were really cute and I'm sure older kids would enjoy the whole series but I would definitely screen it before your littles watch.
Cars (2006)
Good one for your toddler to become obsessed with
This is the first movie our son has become obsessed with and it's not too bad. There's plenty of parts that the parents can enjoy too. You notice something new every time. Solid family movie.
Good with Wood (2021)
Blatantly agenda driven
The judging is often questionable and the wokeness and agenda is really obvious. It must be a hate crime to critique a transgender person's work because they can't say one mean thing about their work even though it's obviously not the best. They literally carry them to the end even though their work is often lacking. The judges will say they don't like something about someone's work but then they won't critique the trans person's work even though it has the same problem. It gets really obvious and annoying the more you watch.

The Guilty (2021)
Ugh
Hollywood often takes liberties in dramatizing jobs like police, firefighters, and EMS but this is...wow.
They don't take a few, they take A LOT. This is almost painful to watch with how over the top. He would have been fired within the first two minutes. Dispatch does not answer calls like that. You're totally able to contact the police and talk to the person at the same time.
It's just bad.
Mulan (2020)
My expectations were low but wow
I can't believe Disney made people pay $30 for this at one point. I had heard a bit about the movie before (not a musical, magic, no Mushu, ECT) so I had lowered my expectations before watching but somehow it still managed to be disappointing. Cringy acting, cringy lines, cringy action.
Uncut Gems (2019)
It's just two hours of yelling.
So much yelling. We were totally over it after 20 minutes but somehow still made it to the end. It's essentially two hours of the characters yelling at each other and it makes it not only annoying but hard to follow. The ending is the only reason this even gets up to a 3/10 because the rest of the movie was just so irritating.
Space Force (2020)
I didn't make it through episode one and I didn't laugh once
Apparently there's inside jokes that some service men find funny but it's really not funny to me at all and I have a really easy sense of humor. I wasn't expecting The Office humor at all because I didn't know it was the same director. In fact I had no expectations at all and yet it still was able to disappoint. Every joke was either predictable or fell completely flat. You can try it if you really want but it was a total waste of my time.
Joker (2019)
THIS IS HOW A DC MOVIE SHOULD BE!
This movie is a masterpiece! It absolutely epitomizes what a DC movie should be. Dark, emotional, thought provoking, not just action action action. One of the best movies I've seen in a long time.
Critics have definitely lost touch with the public and should be ignored on this one. Do yourself a favor and watch it!
And remember to be good to one another. You dont know what someone else is going through.
Hello, Privilege. It's Me, Chelsea (2019)
Hello, Desperation. My Career Must be Over.
Pathetic. Contradicting. Sad.
My colored friends disliked this more than my "privilege" white self.
The Next Three Days (2010)
Not a believable story what so ever.
I just dont buy it. Not exactly the type of guy youd believe to be capable of killing people and breaking his wife out of prison. How was he able to find Liam's character in the first place? Google search? Out of all the priuses in the city, the cops just happen to pick his? And they just decide to waltz in his house? I did like the escape scene though. Especially when his wife's hair goes from grungy prison hair to perfect curls just by taking out her ponytail. If you take all the obvious questions out then it's a decent action movie.
Godzilla: King of the Monsters (2019)
MONSTER MAYHEM!!
If you grew up watching old Godzilla movies then this move is a dream come true! I hope the next movie has even more monster battles and less human drama! Amazing!
The Stray (2017)
Made Me Cry
There were a lot of good messages in this film that I loved a lot. Family first, faith, and modern day miracles. It wasn't the most seamless movie I've ever seen but I think it got its message across beautifully.
Medal of Honor (2018)
Amazing Stories of True Heroes
This series is absolutely amazing! True heroes who risked everything fighting for what they believed in. Everyone giving this less than 10 Stars are probably ungrateful leftwing social justice warriors who thinks they're heroes by tearing others down. None of them would ever do anything to actually serve their country.
