Watching reruns of this classic show means more now than ever. Listening to them talk about issues that would send the blue check marks into a tantrum is wonderful. Sad to say but maybe the world did end at y2k. Hey Al, the Cubs did win the World Series and the world did go insanely woke. No real man from that era would've guessed it would have gotten this bad this fast.

So Badly Written...

Honestly, you can actually see the writer's room in every single scene of this movie. The sad fact is that what you see is a room full of young millennials that have no clue about how life works or how to actually write a movie. What they fill this movie with is a set of rambling leftists views that border on the insane. Maybe this script was crafted by the incompetents working the CNN newsroom in their spare time?
The movie hits its peek at the three minute mark as an AOC clone is run down by an SUV. From there it's a collection of shallow stupidity made by children apparently for children. It's either a sign of writers with a warped understanding of reality or very poor imaginations.
Don't bother with this mess. I don't blame Liam Neeson or the cast. They did the best they could with the crap they were presented. Even the little girl actress was very good surprisingly but they should have let her do some rewrites.

A great tale of cunning and revenge mixed with superb depth. I love the faith aspect and undertones that true redemption cannot satisfy unless God is involved. The cast is amazing and Jim Caviezel hits an absolute home run. Seeing baby Superman was an unexpected pleasure as Henry Cavill does a good job. This movie is honestly one of the top 40 movies of all time.

...this propaganda piece is all sorts of cringe. This literally is a low point in Jimmy Stewart's brilliant career. I can't believe I watched the scene where his wife has a miscarriage and he treats it like she had an accident cooking macaroni and cheese. Who wrote the script for this? I did hear that j Edgar Hoover himself had a hand in crafting this mess. They should have put j Edgar Hoover in a dress maybe that would have helped make this thing better.

Don't listen to the haters who have clearly not seen this movie and still gave it a rating. I saw it and I'm actually quite surprised at the high quality of the production value. The entire cast but especially the lead was outstanding. I'm talking award-worthy. Everything is intense and every scene is riveting. The third act was genuinely surprising as was the entire film. I highly recommend this endeavor.

This modern insane "men are evil" especially historical white men is the core of this waste of film. It's insulting to history and it's insulting to the viewer. Lingering on "the truth" points to chapter Three and delivers both lead males as disgusting pigs. By the time the duel happens you want BOTH of them to lose. Yet, the only loser here is the unfortunate viewer who endures this entire crap agenda movie.

Yes, Leelee is beautiful and captivating in the film. Even though she does no nudity, she is the sexiest woman in the movie. That is honestly all this thing delivers. Every other character is shallow and uninteresting. The entire plot is meandering and the movie honestly doesn't know what it wants to be. Basically, not fulfilling sexuality and not interesting in terms of story. A genuinely frustrating watch.

The plot may not be the strongest but the entire cast elevates the material. Jimmy Stewart is amazing and wonderful as always. It was a blast to see him doing his own stunts 30 years after his service in World War ii. He actually runs and jumps on a train whatever age he is while filming this fun flick. George Kennedy is absolutely one of the worst bad guys of any seventies film and I say that as a compliment. He is or rather his character is despicable. Kurt Russell is a baby in this movie but it's good to see his potential. It's like watching a great major leaguer while still in the minors. Anne Baxter is stunning and eats the screen. The finale leaves something to be desired but overall a good conclusion and a nice little film to rewatch.

The movie was okay and the cast did a wonderful job delivering the emotional impact the movie should have. What also worked was the actual footage at the end. What was horrible was depicting Winston Churchill and the British hierarchy as actually evil. That was unnecessary and pure nonsense.

This is honestly a film that the entire family should see. Well crafted and inspirational, it's very much old school and what old school Hollywood used to deliver. Kurt Warner's real life story needed this treatment and I can't wait to own this one on dvd. I love that the faith-based aspects made it into the film yet weren't depicted in an over exaggerated or overt manner. This is a love story as much as it is a football story. Not just the love of a man and his wife but for God and his children.

After three complete strikeouts with three poorly written shows we Marvel fans get something worthwhile and of note from Disney Plus! Hawkeye is a wonderful effort with true heart and actual depth. Characters to care about and overall entertaining. No woke agenda or sjw cried in sight! Love the leads and certainly love the nod to a certain Netflix Marvel bad guy we all know and love! Great to see Clint not neutered or castrated in his own show unlike Loki or the winter soldier. Marvel needs to return to this type of storytelling and stop it with all the woke nonsense. Thank God we at least got this one.

This has been the best The blacklist has been in many a years. Red Reddington is back to being delightful yet imposing. I love the arcs and turns and character depth that they are coming up with now. So refreshing to get Liz out of the picture and Red back to the forefront. Can't wait and hope there's many seasons more to come...

I never read the book so I have no idea how it holds up in that regard. What they animated here is interesting because there are no restrictions. What doesn't work is the motivation and ultimately the conclusion. It honestly felt like they didn't know how to end this movie and they just did so. Not bad and worth the watch but certainly not high quality in any way shape or form.
