I remember when I was a kid, I saw this film for the first time on montenegrin national television (RTCG 2). I remember every detail, the whole living room, my sister and mother were there with me and we watched it together. My sister and I was so scared and we had nigtmares about Katherine's mother. I'm not a kid anymore, but I actually took a long time to re-watch this film again. And about 25 years later I decide to watch it again. It's not the best movie ever made, but it definitelly have some soul and it will always be special to me. That was Shannen's first movie role after Beverly Hills.

Gran Turismo

GREAT
29 September 2023
People, this is almost a perfect film. And I could end the review right here because this is a movie that everyone will enjoy. Anyone who doesn't probably doesn't know anything about movies and only claims to watch heavy dramas. Well, this is indeed a heavy drama. This is everything a top-tier movie should be.
I'll assume you remember the not-so-distant "racing" spectacle "Ford vs Ferrari," or as some call it, "Le Mans '66." That film was nominated for an Oscar in 2019, and just like this one, it's based on true events and falls into the biographical film category. "Gran Turismo" is on par with that film in terms of quality, and if there's any justice, it will get a ticket to the Dolby Theatre next year.

Nowhere

MASTERPIECE
29 September 2023
Here is my favorite for the Oscar for Best International Film. You yourself know that I am direct, sometimes cruel, but always honest and that I have no problem praising any achievement to the limit, no matter what genre it belongs to. Countless times I have praised Spanish cinematography from the bottom of my heart and said that it is the closest to the level of Hollywood. I also said that the Spanish film industry uses Netflix very cleverly and when this combination is combined, you get a cinematic spectacle. This time, we got a new Spanish masterpiece or as I like to say, masterpiece!
An extremely difficult, shocking and tense drama is brought to us by director Albert Pintó. "Nowhere" is a sort of dystopian survival film. We have a series of symbols at the very root of all this, but we will not deal with that at all. We are here for the story, we are here for this perfection, which should be seen by everyone, because this is a movie even for those who are operated by movies. The scenography in which you have limited space, and you manage to get so much out of such an environment, simply leads to the conclusion that this film contains one of the best concepts ever, when we talk about films whose action takes place 90% in one place.
And how can you get a lot out of such a small set? Well, you need someone who has incredible acting skills. In that name, I present to you a lady, whom most do not know. It is about Anna Castillo, who became famous with her role in the film "The Olive Tree", for which she received the "Goya" award, which is awarded by the Spanish Film Institute. Her role in this film is worthy of an Oscar, so we'll see if the corrupt American film academy will pay attention to Anna. She made me cry and smile a hundred times in the film. Tears because of the amount of emotions she spreads, and smiles because of the enjoyment of watching what she does in the film.

So beautiful

Expect nothing, but an Oscar nomination here. Such a great story and beautiful acting. I love this kind of stories. But seriously, I think that if this film doesn't recieve a Oscar nomination, it's gonna be a big shame.
I want to mention Daisy Edgar-Jones and her great performance here. She showed that Hollywood future belongs to her.expect nothing, but an Oscar nomination here. Stars Fell on Alabama
(2021)
It is a little cliche, but still very good.

I really liked the movie and I enjoyed watching it. It carries a very important message for all of us. We should never forget who we are and where we are from. The only complaint about this film is a lack of Alabama accent.
It's impossible not to love this motion picture.

Don't Look Up
(2021)
What a huge message for all of us!
29 December 2021
It's a great and original story about domination of politicians, rich people and those influence and manipulation on all man kind. They fight only for themself and they will fight just to save those own asses. And in case of the end of the world, they are still going to behave like they will be presidents of the postapocaliptic era. People who fights for votes, power and profit against honorable smart people , who realy cares about human surviving and truly wants to protect our planet.
A real masterpiece!

I Love It from Behind!
(1981)
Censored Japaneses ,as usuall.
28 October 2021
The story is not bad. However, they did not make enough effort to make it as good as they could. After all, we are here because of sex scenes and we always expect a lot of it. Especialy when the story is not interesting enough. However, sex scenes are what Japanese always do, the weakest when they seems to be the best. Always censored,to much covered...there is no meny differences between this "erotic" movie and some ordinary movie with sex scenes.
Toma
(2021)
Another masterpiece by Dragan Bjelogrlic
16 October 2021
This is one of the greatest movies in history of Balcan. Bjela (Dragan Bjelogrlic) proved himself again, by following the world level concept of movie making. From the first to the last second ,this movie is a real magic. Toma is still the greatest music star in Ex. Yu and he deserved a movie about his life and career. Bjela gave it to him ,but to us as well. Thank you for this movie Bjela!
The Green Mile
