Law & Order: Patsy (1999)
One a the rare cases of police tunnel vision
Good episode the suspect is arrogant but innocent the sister of victim is the real killer that came out in the if the episode McCoy went forward with the tunnel vision;it's classic case of tunnel and where often happen wrongful conviction I am glad that how the case ended,he was arrogant but probably innocent I didn't like how McCoy went after him,the real arrogant was McCoy,Abbie felt that he was innocent the police plus Briscoe and Green did a sloppy investigation;it's one of those cases where police and prosecution tunnel vision can put an innocent person behind bars because they believe the victim and not the evidence.
Law & Order: Under the Influence (1998)
Brady vs Maryland McCoy was doing an egregious prosecutorial misconduct
Loved the episode dressel is slime no doubt but McCoy and Feldman are worse cospiring to sent him to death row Feldman for political gain McCoy for for Claire Kincaid not giving escoulpatory evidence to the defense wich they were entitled to have doing a clear Brady violation, during cross examination probably Jamie words manage to make him reflect on his actions and decided to accept a plea deal the only dishonest one was Feldman that didn't like the plea deal, glad that McCoy decided to do the right thing in the end and probably Jamie that was the voice of reason made him change his mind justice and politics are always bad.
Law & Order: Shadow (1997)
Good story but usual McCoy
I don't like much season 8 as episodes except a few I didn't like much Ross getting to much self involved especially with Harmon and I didn't like much the false trial unethical probably Ben Stone would have left it to the attorney general convincing Adam that if it's involved in his office better ask for the attorney general to step,I felt sort in part for Harmon because he is struggling with morgage and deadts the other part he is completely crocked I liked junior soprano as a judge slamming McCoy with the false trial, like I said season 8 is not my favourite because Adam doesn't put a strain on McCoy.
Law & Order: Survivor (1996)
Tipical case of prosecutorial misconduct
I agree with most of the reviews Ross does clearly a prosecutorial misconduct taking advantage of Karen Allen wich is wonderful as jack McCoy old story he never learns instead of backing up Ross he should have scould her like Ben stone did in the first series with Paul when he did a unauthorised drug test to the victim in a summer of violence didn't like Adam too to leance with jack and Jamie, just like Abbie in her first year I didn't like the bullying by Ross,Briscoe and Curtis it clear that the judge suppressed the evidence and. I was suprise that Adam got angry at the judge with her decision instead of scoulding jack and Jamie.
Law & Order: Bodies (2003)
The failure of the justice system
The young lawyer seems to give mccoy an ethics lesson he is similar to Ken kratz misconduct only a few he is ethical but always dishonest
