South Park: Weight Gain 4000 (1997)
Another old one
Here's the parent's guide: Spoilers! Sex/Nudity: 5/10 (TV-PG level): Chef sings about having sex with Kathy Lee, and it is implied that he actually did. Violence: 7/10 (TV-14 level): The whole episode is about a character being assassinated, but it doesn't actually work. Instead, they killed Kenny, which is quite bloody. Language: 6/10 (TV-PG level): Ass, Cracker, and Penis are all used. Drugs/Smoking: 0/10: None. Frightening/Intense Scenes: 7/10 (TV-14 level): See all in Violence category. Overall: 25/50. Recommended Rating: TV-14. Recommended Age Rating: 14+. Compared to the whole series: this episode is very mild. The whole series is 41/50, and this is only 25/50. Although, this episode may actually be the most intense episode in season 1.

Here's the parent's guide: -WARNING! Contains Spoilers- Sex/Nudity: 6/10 (TV-PG level): The episode is about an anal probe. In one scene, Cartman's buttocks are shown. Violence: 5/10 (TV-PG level): Characters are lit on fire. Also, there is a game called "kick the baby". Language: 6/10 (TV-PG level): mild words such as "dildo", "ass", and "damn". Drugs/Smoking: 4/10 (TV-PG level): Cartman's dream could be a sign of drugs. Frightening/Intense Scenes: 5/10 (TV-PG level): Aliens can be scary to some. Also, the scene where Cartman gets an anal probe is quite disturbing. Overall: 26/50. Recommended Rating: TV-14. Recommended Age Rating: 14+.

Great, but disturbing.
I started watching the show when I was 14, and I found it very interesting. The show was released in 1997, and will be over in 2019. Now, the parents guide
WARNING! Contains spoilers. Sex/Nudity: 8/10: There is often rape in episodes. Also an episode is mainly about queefs, and another episode is about erections. Also, bare asses and penises are seen rarely. And in one episode, a character gets over-sized balls. Violence: 9/10: Blood has often been seen since season 8. Language: 10/10: F**k, S**t, W***e, and Ass are said in almost every episode. C**t and C**k are said rarely, and a few uses of N****r in Krazy Kripples. In one episode, S**t is said about 152 times. Also, Jimmy tries to say continuing, but stutters and says C**t. This is uncensored and very controversial. Drugs/Smoking: 6/10: Drugs are used, but not very often. Frightening/Intense Scenes: 8/10: The show is usually humorous, but can be quite intense at times. Characters are sometimes suicidal. Overall: 41/50. Suggested Age Rating: 16+.
