The Huntsman: Winter's War (2016)
A bad Frozen remake
Emily Blunt as a ripoff of Elsa, was, meh. Her performance was very dull and boring with no charm or a sense of evilness flooping in her. Chris Hemsworth and Jessica Chastain as the huntsman and, the love interest was, not very good and their chemistry was very off and sappy. The only good performance was Charlize Theron, but it wasn't her in Mad Max: Fury Road. It was fine though. I got to say the sets and the CGI was very good and looked fabulous, that isn't really saving much of how dredding the story and characters are, they're bland, and very bad when it came to this movie. If you wanna really see this movie watch it on Netfilx
Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice (2016)
I don't know what the fuss is about
Batman v Superman probably the most anticipated title ever, and I quite liked it. The performances were good (besides Jesse Eisenberg)from Ben Affleck and Henry Cavil. But this movie is so worried about setting up the DCU that it forgets real story and plot. It seems dull and boring. But besides the technical side the action and the fighting was amazing, of course the fight we've been waiting for 5 years, Batman v Superman. It was filmed well and everyone can agree with that. The character of Bruce Wayne was a little OK but still worked. Not Christian Bale. One thing is I find this movie soooo re watchable, IDK why but it's fun to go back on it, maybe its just me. f you wanna see t get it on Redbox or get the Ultimate Edition.
The Jungle Book (2016)
A good film with a lot of CGI!!
CGI. A source used to hide props or things in sets, not a good source for characters. My mind is off that statement know changed thanks to the work of Jon Favreau and cast/team. This movie FYI has fantastic CGI, never in this movie I thought that those creatures were CGI. The voice/real acting from all cast was fantastic, even from kid actor, Neel Sethi. And also from the fearsome character, Shere Khan. Voiced by Idris Elba. The story and directing runs smoothly with the visuals and comedic acts animals and human do. This movie is an amazing one from the visual acting and the acting, it deserves a lot of money from the box office, see this movie in theaters or rent it if you can, almost perfect.
Allegiant (2016)
A bad teen/tween/young adult film
You thought Insurgent was bad, well here's Allegiant. I thought this movie was lazily written and poorly filmed and directed to the big screen. Shaliene Woodley was bad, Theo James was again bad, Miles Tiller (FYI I don't get why he's there comic relief, to be bad, idiot)was awful, the performances were all BAD!! The action, probably not action, unbelievable action, it was bad and the filming and the panning of the shots were really disfigured and didn't fell good. This movie was disjointed and kind of off when it came to plot and character problem and conflict. I mean if you wanna see this movie, ad least rent it off Redbox or if you still have Blockbuster Video or any rental stores.
Zootopia (2016)
A good mystery,animation,thriller about animals
I thought that Disney couldn't get any better, but with Zootopia, yeah. The characters were awesome from Nick Wilde to Judy Hopps (etc.). It gave this movie a more fun and positive charm. This movie also had good voice acting like Jason Bateman as Nick, I couldn't see anybody be voice acting Nick. This movie had some negative vibes like racism.
And Disney hid those messages very limited but well. The animation was great and you can tell it's advancing. This movie was good and that's it. This movie could be the start of the evolution of the modern Disney. And it's amazing definitely recommend seeing this in a theater or rent on Hulu or Redbox.
