Classic telenovela from latinamerica!

EXCELLENT ORIGINAL SOAP OPERA!! MANY TIMES IMITATED,AN NOT EQUALIZED. THE MAIN COUPLE REMAINS A FAVORITES AMONG FANS OF THE GENRES AFTER MORE THAN 35 YEARS.

THE STORY IS VERY CLASSIC AND EVEN MYSOGINIST,BUT IS VERY WELL WRITTEN AND ACTED. THE WHOLE CAST MADE A TERRIFIC JOB AND STILL REMEMBER TODAY FOR THEIR CHARACTERS.... THE MAIN SONGS ARE CLASSIC TOO MADE THE MALE LEAD A LEGITIMATE BALLADIST OF THE 80S. I MEAN, WHAT MORE CAN YOU SAY ABOUT ONE OF THE MOST FAMOUS AND WATCHED TEENOVELAS OF ALL TIMES? IF SOMEONE S INTERESTED IN WATCH IT AND KNOWS SPANISH,IS IN YT COMPLETE.

Classic soap opera!!! (even thoug is a remake)....

Even though this telenovela is the 2nd remake (what a surprise) of a Venezuela original callled "La Doña"(1972),this version is the most famous ever. Even more than the last version of Lucero "Soy tu dueña" from 2010. When this soap opera was on in 95' (I was 20 yrs old) people couldnt get enough of it. When the cast came to Puerto Rico (whem Im from) the streets and the channel that was thransmitting it were full of people wanting to see them,it was pandemonium. The main couple is one of my favorites ever. The anthagonist came swinging with her spactacular character of Laura. Of Very good remake and to me it remain the very best among them.

This telenovela is NOT original,like another user said...Is in fact a remake of "Las Amazonas"(Venezuela 1985)..ths soap opera has benn remade a few times more in Mexico.

My opinion: it was a decent remake,but the only thing I didnt like was that the mysoginist dad never paid for his sins and mistreatment of his daughters. This was a very traditional thing to do in a mexican telenovela. But other than that, is a good reamke of the venezuelan calssic.

The couples were decent, but too me my favorite is the one of the second other with the older gentleman,they were a different kind of couple and very belivable in their characters.

As soon as I started watching this movie,instantly I recognized the plot. This is a christian,PG version of a tv classic movie "The Outsider" 2002.... Without the sex scenes and with two kids instead of one.

I don't agree with other reviews,it was good enough,nothing stellar but good enough for tv.

I agree that the discrepancies un the wardrope was terrible,they shouldve consult some books on the era they were going to recreate. Same with the buildings been so new,unrealistic.

The male lead acting was good and he is handsome. The female lead was good for what it is,not terrible in my opinion.

Michael Jai White, this beautiful Black man with a huge talent,I just watched this movie for him...but again he's saving a WW,like they aint got enough ppl saving them ( worldwide). Couldve he have a beautiful Black love interest in a movie for once? We want to see more Black love couples on movies!!!

This is by far the best stage play of Tyler Perry. I love. I love the character of Diana (Donna Stewart) cause she is feisty and in your face like me, althought I dont like to fight physically nobody (jeje).

Lavan as Poppy is a gem an very very funny and realistic.

The Expendables 3 (2014)

The movie is meh...but my biggest problem with the script is why did Barney (Stallone) leave his original crew for so long during the movie only to hire a bunch of uninteresting cry babies with no personalities.Billy the kid, the new recruit on Expendables 2 was a way better character,likable and with a good backstory.I was super sad when they killed him, they should've leave him for the rest of the franchise...He has chemistry with the old mercenaries. Banderas was good but too annoying,and Gibson was decent but that was all.

The plor holes, disappearance of characters without explanation, the unfinished story is astounding and too much for me in season 3... I really believe that this series needed at least 2 more seasons but Momoa left or only agreed to only 3 seasons... This was one of the worst seasons finale I've ever since!!!! So disappointed!! At least he didn't ended up with Grace, they have cero chemistry... And I want to see Momoa with a woman of color for once!!!

I was not a Momoa's fan by any means... But I found this series in netflix and I gave it a chance... I was very impressed but with his acting... He's great in it.... His voice, tone, physical language is on point... The only think I'm disappointed is the actress that play "Grace"... She has cero chemistry with Jason and their scenes are dull and boring because of that.They should've choose someone with chemistry with Jason.

I gave 4 stars out of 10 just to the male lead.He was pretty good (and handsome) in his role,natural and convincing... Female lead,is not that she's not your average impossible pretty TV actress,is that she's not a good actress at all...She doesn't even tried to be a believable "Clarissa"...And clearly the male lead was too much of an actor and as a character for her poor portrayed of Clarissa.The rest of the cast? Awful!! Brant Daugherty deserves a better production,a better director and a way better female lead on his next romantic movie.
